small, standalone ENT clinics in a large territory surrounding
the sales executive’s base location, and hence will involve
significant amount of travel and territory coverage
Achieving Focus implementation targets – both quantity and
value – month on month ( How – field presence- 4 times a
week, minimum of 4 sales calls per day, collecting data on
target market, competitive product usage (hearing aids),
types of procedures performed, product demonstrations,
proactive product evaluations )
Customer relationship management
Recommending and organizing marketing activities – demos,
conference participations, booth presence
Establishing long-term medical-scientific/strategic
relationships with Key Opinion Leaders(KOL’s) and with
related major medical associations and academic Centers of
Excellence (COE’s)
Timely reporting of weekly reports and trackers for focus
products

Duties and Responsibilities :
- The AEM Developer will play a vital role in the design, development, testing and deployment of Adobe Experience Management Web and Mobile solutions
- Will work closely with clients, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts and end-users to build a state-of-the-art Digital Platform using Adobe's Digital Marketing Product Suite
- Design efficient content models, security models, workflows and templates.
- Develop AEM templates and components leveraging current AEM software releases
- Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse.
- Review and audit of the existing solution, design and system architecture
- Assist with tasks regarding profiling, troubleshooting of existing solutions
- Create technical documentation
- Integrate external data sources and APIs
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Required Skills :
- AEM 6.3+ experience is ideal
- Experience implementing Adobe AEM or similar web
- Content management system (AEM 6.0 and later required; AEM 6.4 is a plus)
- Design, develop and support AEM components, integrations and applications
- Experience integrating Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with AEM
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP-based web services
- Experience with most of the modern project management, CI / CD & team collaboration tools - JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins etc.
- Understanding of with Agile (Scrum), project planning, execution, risk management, and resource management
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Fluent oral, written English and a good team player
