Job Title : QA Lead Engineer – Network Security

Location : Gurgaon, Bangalore (On-site)

Experience Level: Lead (Web3 & Blockchain)

Experience: 4+ Years in QA with Blockchain/Web3 focus and team leadership.

Role Overview:

As a QA Lead - Network Security, you will define and implement QA and security testing strategies for Blockchain applications, lead a QA team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, secure products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor QA engineers, developing QA strategies for Blockchain applications.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits.
• Automate security and functionality tests for improved efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with standards like GDPR, OWASP, and ISO 27001.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical: Expertise in network security, QA tools, test automation (Selenium, Cypress), and programming (Python, Java).
• Compliance: Knowledge of OWASP, ISO 27001, and Blockchain-specific regulations.
• Leadership: Proven experience leading QA teams and driving quality initiatives.

Preferred:

• Penetration testing tools (Burp Suite, Nessus).
• CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Certifications like CEH, ISTQB, or Blockchain-related certifications.

• The PPC / Paid Search is responsible for administering and managing Pay per Click media strategies for clients. She/he should be able to quickly understand & support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.

• Perform daily account management on Google AdWords, Facebook, Bing and other search platforms.

• Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, Account daily and monthly budget caps, impression shares, quality score & other important account metrics.

• Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.

• Assist in the management of Display network placement lists on AdWords & through other contextual advertising platforms.

• Can devise strategies to increase ROI Is good at increasing CTR & reducing the cost per clicks

• Support the generation of new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.

• Able to understand the business website thoroughly to implement a strategic plan for Google AdWords

• Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments

Preferred candidate profile

Should have minimum 5+ years of experience in the same domain.

Requirements

• Overall 2-8 years of software development experience in building web-based and highly scalable applications 

• Excellent understanding of core computer science concepts like algorithms, data structure, system design, OOP, etc. 

• Deep knowledge and development expertise in Core Java and SpringBoot or other equivalent frameworks 

• Strong experience in HTML5 and CSS3 and should have basic experience in JS technologies

• Good knowledge of database concepts, having SQL writing experience, and familiarity with at least one of the relational databases

• Worked in a CI/CD environment with Jenkins

• Experience working in an agile team with software engineering practices like automated testing, test-driven development, continuous integration, etc is a big plus. 

• Ability to quickly learn and evaluate new technologies and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong oral and written communication.

• Own the PnL for all the brand campaigns and drive overall profitability for the city
• Developing strategy for campaign management and success
• Own NPS score of the campaigns in the city
• Process building for each function within the city
• Team building, training, and development
• Build a network of vendors, partners, manpower for the city campaign
• Define the day to day responsibilities of the team, set up reporting structure, and monitor metrics on a regular basis

What you will need:

• PG/MBA degree with 7-10 years of experience handling operations and team
• Candidate with the agency, offline marketing operations, or startup background would be preferred
• Quick learner, confident, good presentation & sales skills
• Open for travel and ready to go the extra mile if the situation demands
• Keen attention to detail and good at spotting opportunities
• Client/Agency relationship exposure with strong relationship management skills

• Sketch early layout and interface concepts in collaboration with the UX Designer
• Understand and extend a visual language for interactive systems that hold up to the development process
• Creating designs with strong typography and iconography, as well as strong and unique branding
• Constructing clean and organized creative deliverables that adhere to style guidelines
• To work in the form of a creative team and become a positive addition to our company culture 

Requirements

• Some knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript
• Some formal design training
• Strong portfolio that reflects your experience with diverse designs demonstrating a passion for design 
• An understanding of interactive design
• An understanding of interactivity and the Web and the fundamentals of information architecture, hierarchy, and layout
