The Technical Program Manager’s main goal is to ensure effective communication between client stakeholders and Incubyte's offshore engineering team. This role requires both project management and technical insight, allowing the Program Manager to understand and help resolve technical roadblocks while driving smooth project delivery. The Program Manager will foster collaboration across functions, promote a DevOps mindset, and ensure engineers are never siloed in their work.
What You’ll be Doing:
· Understand Technical Blockers by working closely with developers to understand technical issues that arise during projects, proactively removing roadblocks by coordinating with client stakeholders or providing alternative solutions.
· Bridge Communication by acting as the main point of contact between client stakeholders and offshore engineers, ensuring that technical challenges are communicated clearly and resolved in a timely manner.
· Facilitate Cross-functional Collaboration by promoting a culture of collaboration by working closely with developers, QA, and operations teams, ensuring smooth communication and knowledge sharing across functions. Help the team avoid silos by organizing regular syncs between different functions.
· Adopt DevOps Practices by encouraging a DevOps mindset by facilitating automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. Ensure that projects adhere to the DevOps principles of shared responsibility, transparency, and continuous improvement.
· Align Development with Business Goals by ensuring that developers understand the business goals and client priorities so that technical decisions are made with these in mind.
· Drive Continuous Feedback Loops between developers, testers, and clients to ensure iterative progress, preventing delays and enhancing product quality.
· Identify and Address Barriers faced by offshore engineers, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
· Foster Ownership in the team by encouraging transparency and responsibility for project deliverables, ensuring that every member is engaged and understands their role in the overall success.
Skills you need in order to succeed in this role
Must Have:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
· Experience in project management or a technical leadership role in software development, preferably within cross-functional and remote teams.
· Proven experience in fostering collaboration between development, QA, and operations teams, with a strong DevOps mindset.
· Experience managing client relationships and driving the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
· Technical Understanding: Ability to understand the technical challenges engineers face and effectively translate these into actionable solutions, ensuring that technical and business priorities remain aligned.

Job Description: Speech Recognition Engineer
3 years of industry experience
Responsibility:
Development of ASR engine using frameworks like ESPNET or FairSeq or Athena or
Deep Speech using PyTorch or Tensorflow
Assist to define technology required for Speech to Text besides core engine
and to design integration of these technologies.
Work on improvement of model's accuracy and guide the team with best practices.
Desired experience:
Good understanding of machine learning(ML) tools.
Should be well versed in classical speech processing methodologies like hidden
Markov models (HMMs), Gaussian mixture models (GMMs), Artificial neural
networks (ANNs), Language modeling, etc.
Hands-on experience of current deep learning (DL) techniques like Convolutional
neural networks (CNNs), recurrent neural networks (RNNs), long-term short-term
memory (LSTM), connectionist temporal classification (CTC), etc used for
speech processing is essential.
The candidate should have hands-on experience and any of the end-to-end

Sizzle is an exciting new startup that’s changing the world of gaming. At Sizzle, we’re building AI to automate gaming highlights, directly from Twitch and YouTube streams.
For this role, we're looking for someone that is a gaming streamer (mobile & PC), plays a variety of games, and can test out Sizzle’s various new features. Specifically, you will test each feature by streaming various games and making suggestions for improving the process. You will also test the quality of highlights produced and make suggestions for improvement. You will work closely with the AI engineering, front end, product management, and data annotation teams.
