Job Description:

The Technical support analyst is responsible for troubleshooting & fixing the application & technical issues for our Clients with an exp. of around 0 - 2 yrs experience. 

Technical Support analyst must be able to assure complete Client satisfaction through all stages of the operations process. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the business process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively connected with Clients.

• Resolving Technical issues in a timely manner.

• Training and educating Clients on our Products & Solutions.

• Assisting Software Engineers on issues.

• Providing feedback on product development in a timely manner. 

• Auditing error Plans to reduce rework with the aim of providing Scalable Products.

• Excellent Communication & Analytical Skills.

• Willing to work on US shift (Voice Process)

• Interpersonal Skills with a great attitude.

• Good Knowledge if Enterprise Applications, Systems & Technologies.

• Self-motivated; demonstrating the ability to achieve the Client satisfaction with minimal supervision

• Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding Client base.

Required Experience

· 3+ years of relevant technical experience as a data analyst role

· Intermediate / expert skills with SQL and basic statistics

· Experience in Advance SQL

· Python programming- Added advantage

· Strong problem solving and structuring skills

· Automation in connecting various sources to the data and representing it through various dashboards

· Excellent with Numbers and communicate data points through various reports/templates

· Ability to communicate effectively internally and outside Data Analytics team

· Proactively take up work responsibilities and take adhocs as and when needed

· Ability and desire to take ownership of and initiative for analysis; from requirements clarification to deliverable

· Strong technical communication skills; both written and verbal

· Ability to understand and articulate the "big picture" and simplify complex ideas

· Ability to identify and learn applicable new techniques independently as needed

· Must have worked with various Databases (Relational and Non-Relational) and ETL processes

· Must have experience in handling large volume and data and adhere to optimization and performance standards

· Should have the ability to analyse and provide relationship views of the data from different angles

· Must have excellent Communication skills (written and oral).

· Knowing Data Science is an added advantage

Required Skills

MYSQL, Advanced Excel, Tableau, Reporting and dashboards, MS office, VBA, Analytical skills

Preferred Experience

· Strong understanding of relational database MY SQL etc.

· Prior experience working remotely full-time

· Prior Experience working in Advance SQL

· Experience with one or more BI tools, such as Superset, Tableau etc.

· High level of logical and mathematical ability in Problem Solving

👩🏻‍💻 Your responsibilities would include-

• Building and maintaining operational tools for monitoring and analysis of AWS infrastructure and systems
• Actively monitoring the health and performance of all systems and performing benchmarking and tuning of system applications and operating systems
• Setting up container orchestration using Kubernetes or other orchestration system for a monolithic application
• Continually working with development engineers to design the best system architectures and solutions
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in our development, test, and production environments
• Maintaining reliability of the system and being on-call for mission-critical systems
• Performing infrastructure cost analysis and optimization
• Ensure systems’ compliance with operational risk standards (e.g. network, firewall, OS, logging, monitoring, availability, resiliency)
• Building, mentoring and leading a team of young professionals, if the need arises

💯 You fit the bill if-

• You are proficient with bash, git and git workflows
• You have 3-5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
• You have excellent attention to detail
• AWS certification preferred but not mandatory

• 0-2 years of software experience in front-end mobile/web app development
• Good understanding of concurrency and multithreading
• Full Stack development experience building data, logic tier and user experience software
• Exposure to Android SDK (experience in AndroidTV framework will be a plus)
• Knowledge of REST, JSON, MQTT, Databases, Networking technologies
• React | React Native, Multi-platform exposure is a plus
• Experience with Agile development processes is a plus
