Senior Fullstack Developer

As a Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of our React web application and Node.js backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust and scalable solutions.
• Architect and build efficient and reusable code for future use.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, incorporating them into our development processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (8-10 years) as a React Web and Node.js Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and its modern frameworks/libraries.
• Extensive knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, with expertise in React and Node.js.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment.
• Leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide a team effectively.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Hands-on working knowledge and experience is required in:
• Extensive experience working on C#, . net and. net core frameworks
• Extensive experience working on React, Javascript and Typescript
• Relational Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc. )
• NoSQL Databases (Mongo, Cloud Spanner, etc. )
• Agile Methodologies (Scrum, TDD, BDD, etc. )
• Experience working with distributed teams across regions and time zones
• Strong organisational skills
• Display detailed, critical, quality-oriented, skeptical thinking about the product
• Experience with several of the following tools/technologies is desirable: GIT, Jira, Jenkins, SharePoint, Visual Studio Code.
• Microservices Architecture, Domain Driver Design, Test Driven Development is a bonus
• Design Patterns and implementing the Design Patterns
• Development of Complex Application and System Architectures
• Data Structures and Algorithms using Typescript, C# and. NET
• Experience working in Google Cloud will be a big bonus as all our systems are in the Cloud 7
• Knowledge of REST and gRPC API's is a bonus
• Knowledge of the following technologies is a plus:
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery Tools like GitHub, Git, etc.
• Containerisation Technologies (Docker)

Description: ​

As a Full-stack Java Developer, your main tasks will be to:​
​

•  Participate in the full development lifecycle including design, estimation, planning, development, unit test, release and implementation support​
•  Work with the Business Analyst and Solution Architects to understand the business requirements ​
•  Translate them to technical solutions in the application​
•  Write technical specifications and ensure proper traceability with detailed specifications & v-code​
•  Create and implement good practice of coding, testing and deploying​
•  Assure code review​
• Experience in architecture design will be a plus (N Tiers, Serverless...)​
•  Experience in Micro services is mandatory​
•  Experience with containerization tools (ex: Docker) and migration will be a plus.​

Your Profile:​

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent discipline​
• 5-10 years of overall experience in professional software engineering​
• Angular 4, HTML5, CSS2/3, Jquery, Bootstrap, Testing Jasmine or other tools Experience required​
• Hard core hands-on experience with various Java / web technologies and frameworks: Spring (Core, Security, MVC), Hibernate, JPA, REST, JMS, Maven; etc.​
• Have a very good knowledge about design patterns and development principles SDLC.. ​
• Proven/previous experience with CI/CD & Agile ​
• Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude​
• Excellent written and oral communication skills​
• Track record on GIT usage​
• TDD, BDD​
• Other desirable exp: Node js, MongoDB, SoIR, Elastic search, contributing to open source projects. ​
