Java Developer (Contract Role)

Person should have strong knowledge in -

1. Core Java,

2. JSP

3. Spring Framework,

4. Spring Boot,

5. SOAP and REST Webservices

6. Application Security.

Person should have 4 to 6 Years of work experience in Java and above-mentioned related technology.

Person should have good Oracle Database knowledge and have good communication skills.

Having work experience in BFSI domain will added advantage

Person needs to work from Mumbai location and also available to join the office

We are looking for Advance Java developers who want to help us design cutting edge scalable products to meet our rapidly growing business. We are building out a team and looking for multiple levels but you should have at least 6+ years of programming experience.

• Build high availability and extreme reliable high volume transactional systems.
• Deliver reliable solutions that handle massive data and high traffic.
• Complete ownership of problem-free execution of owned modules and solutions.
• Focus on code optimization, code quality, maintainability etc.

 

Skills required

• Hands-on experience in Core J2EE or Core Java (collection, multithreading).
• Proficiency in Spring, Hibernate, Kafka, JDBC.
• Excellent data structure & algorithm and problem solving skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Databases – MySQL/NoSQL, OS - Windows/Linux.
• Experience and knowledge of open source tools & frameworks, broader cutting edge technologies around server side development.
• Should be an active contributor to developer communities like Stackoverflow, Topcoder, Github, Google Developer Groups (GDGs).
• Customer-focused, react well to changes, work with teams and able to multi-task.

● Good understanding of Java Spring Boot and Design Patterns
● Strong knowledge of data structures and designing for performance, scalability and availability.
● Solid understanding of multithreading, MVC, and strong OO skills.
● Good understanding of micro services architecture.
● Good understanding of development tools and processes.

Required Skills:
• Strong experience as a Java/J2EE development is required
• Excellent working knowledge in SPRING MVC, SPRING BOOT,

Role & Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for Java development and building large scale applications that are high performance, scalable, and resilient in an SOA environment
• Working closely with end-users and other members of the team to identify and employ the best solutions
• Developing and implementing strong algorithms/techniques for solving problems in a high-volume, high-availability environment
• Engaging end-users to identify new requirements, strategic direction and highlight issues
• Defining and building maintainable processes that provide resilient and stable platforms, which support end user’s business/technical demand
• Integrating new services and providing clean APIs and services for applications
• Understanding volume growth to ensure the systems

Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop and deliver web services and jobs that powers Niki, India's first transactional bot.
2. Write code that are clean, testable, performant, scalable, documented and secure
3. Design and architect new sub-systems, identity perf bottlenecks and suggest design/architect improvements

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of software development experience preferably developing e-commerce applications
2. Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field of study

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Fluent in Java or any other object oriented programming languages
2. Knowledge of Design patterns and design principles
3. Experienced in delivering REST style web services 
4. Significant experiences in asynchronous and multi-threaded programming
5. Strong CS fundamentals with good hold on DS and Algo.

Good to have:
1. Knowledge of Spring
2. Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
