About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to support the CEO in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth communication across all teams. Key Responsibilities

CEO Support

Team & Operations Management

• Maintain an organized overview of ongoing projects, tasks, and deliverables.

Communication & Documentation

Process Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to streamline operations.

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.

• Tech-savvy: familiar with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, CRM systems, etc.
