About the Role

We're looking for a top 0.1% AI engineer that is also an all-rounder, with exceptional skills in full-stack software engineering (and particularly strong backend + eng architecture skills).

AI/ML experience is a huge bonus if you have it. We are particularly looking for candidates that have built AI agents and LLM-powered tools before, while leveraging SOTA engineering techniques to increase reliability and performance.

As a Full Stack Engineer on our team, you will develop cutting edge AI agents and LLM-powered tools to power our AI clinics. You'll collaborate closely with every discipline (product, medicine, operations, design, etc). 75% of your work will be backend, 25% will be frontend. And vast majority will be focused on AI agents.

You'll wear many hats. Your responsibilities will fall into 3 categories:

Full-Stack Engineering

• Lead the team in designing scalable architecture to support performant web applications.
• Develop features end-to-end for our web applications (React, Typescript, etc).

AI Engineering

• Develop AI agents with a high bar for reliability and performance.
• Build SOTA LLM-powered tools for providers, practices, and patients.
• Architect our data annotation, fine tuning, and RLHF workflows.

Product Management

• Propose, scope, and prioritize new feature ideas.
• Lead the team in building best-in-class user experiences.
• Develop deep domain understanding in US healthcare to inform new product decisions.

Requirements

• Graduated from top engineering university.
• 2+ years of industry experience after graduation.
• Strong experience developing AI agents and LLM-powered tools.
• Strong understanding of how to make AI applications performant and reliable (fine tuning, RLHF, distillation, etc).
• Exceptional at building full-stack web applications.
• Great at designing and developing best-in-class user experiences.
• Able to take initiative and figure things out without being told what to do.
• Understanding of US healthcare is a bonus.

• Drive continuous improvement in partnership processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Has worked in the past as a developer or has a good knowledge of technology
• Good experience with everything related to sales and a bit of marketing
• Experience working in a service-based industry
• Proven experience in a growth-focused role with a strong track record of developing and managing successful B2B tech partnerships.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and business development acumen.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the SaaS industry or technology startup environment.
• Familiarity with content marketing strategies and analytics platforms.
• Previous experience in driving growth initiatives.
• Portfolio showcasing successful partnership initiatives and their impact on business growth.

• Converting prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, matching the investment need of the prospects
• Using leads generated by the Marketing team as well as generating self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on- ground activities in corporates, clubs etc.)
• Taking prospects for site visits, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with Developer or with PropTiger’s Developer Relations Team for any clarification, if needed
• Ensuring compliance with the operations process
• Ensuring that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction with PropTiger at all touchpoints.
• Providing after sales services and assisting in Home Loans for the customers
