• Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
• The ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, social media, and more)

• Interact with clients to understand brief and share ideas

What we expect from the candidate:

• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript,
• Possess a strong grasp of grid systems, responsive web design (RWD), reflow principles, and mobile interactions, with the ability to implement dynamic elements such as GIFs, animations, videos, and parallax effects to enhance landing page experiences.
• Exceptional skills in system design and architecture and cloud hosting solutions, enabling the creation of robust front-end solutions.
• Prior experience in SaaS or product-based companies is highly desirable.

As a Lead - Application Engineer, you will work with our Application Engineering team on designing and developing web applications.

More specifically, you might:

• Collaborate with business analysts and technical managers to understand functional, and non-functional requirements, and scope.
• Design and develop multi-tier, cloud-native, high-performance, and scalable solutions
• Indulge in applying benchmarking software engineering principles and design patterns to build robust world-class solutions.
• Direct cross-functional agile teams as a leader across the software development lifecycle
• Analyse design alternatives using proofs-of-concept, and engage with architects to choose the best optimal solutions
• Obsess about writing high-quality code and performing reviews of the design and code.
• Interact and collaborate with project/program managers to estimate, plan, and reduce technical concerns at the module or project level.

• Experience in designing scalable solutions in a large-scale distributed environment.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, common web frameworks, networking, SQL and database technologies
• Well versed in software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies
• Strong debugging / troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to propose and defend solutions.
• Ability to work closely with product management, customer support, and  other engineering teams to continuously evolve and innovate the enterprise-class Products.
