About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions that solve real-world business problems. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI-powered applications and pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Machine Learning models, Deep Learning architectures, and NLP solutions for production use.
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Integrate AI/ML models into existing applications and APIs.
• Fine-tune and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs) for business-specific use cases.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high-quality training data.
• Monitor model performance in production and implement retraining strategies.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI frameworks, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with NLP frameworks such as Hugging Face, spaCy, and LangChain.
• Familiarity with LLMs and Prompt Engineering (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).
• Experience deploying models using FastAPI or Flask (REST APIs).
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Statistics.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and MLOps tools.
• Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

● Define, design, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft stack

(.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Azure, SQL Server, etc.).

● Own end-to-end solution architecture including application, integration, data, and

infrastructure layers.

● Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including scalability, performance,

security, and reliability.

● Partner with the CTO to define and evolve the enterprise technology roadmap.

● Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools within the Microsoft ecosystem

and recommend adoption strategies.

● Establish architectural best practices, coding standards, and guidelines for engineering

teams.

● Work closely with product, business, and engineering teams to translate requirements

into architectural blueprints.

● Mentor development teams, conduct technical reviews, and ensure architectural

compliance.

● Collaborate with external technology partners and vendors as required.

● Oversee solution implementation to ensure adherence to architecture and design

principles.

● Provide thought leadership on DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud adoption (preferably

Azure), and modern software engineering practices.

● Conduct risk assessment, impact analysis, and ensure compliance with

regulatory/security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

● 10–15 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in architecture or senior technical

leadership roles.

● Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, MVC, Entity Framework.

● Proficiency in Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB,

Azure SQL, Storage, etc.).

● Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker,

Kubernetes), RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.

● Deep understanding of relational (SQL Server) and NoSQL databases.

Experience:
• A minimum of 4 years’ total experience in the areas of Networking and Telecommunications technologies

Roles & Responsibilities:

·      You have to bring in domain and industry knowledge, share know-how gained through client interactions in a structured way to the product engineering, implementation, sales, marketing and senior management;

Technical Skills Required:

• A graduate in computers or Engineering from a reputed university.
