Job description

• Candidate must have Canva, Invision, Craft, Proto.io, Figma, Frame, Webflow, Original, Studio as skills.
• Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to execution, utilizing Figma as the primary design tool.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and product features.
• Develop and maintain design systems and libraries in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability across all projects.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs based on user needs and insights.

We are seeking a Senior or Staff Software Engineer (Node.js, Azure and React ) to lead new software development initiatives to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute hands-on to coding, code reviews, architecture, and design efforts, setting a solid example for the team.
• Will be a tech lead and manage a small engineering team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Data Engineering, to build empathetic and user-centric products.
• Drive the development of robust and scalable web experiences, leveraging modern technologies and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting continuous learning and growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize engineering initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Ensure high code quality, maintainability, and performance through the implementation of best practices and coding standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to explore new technologies and approaches to problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 1 year in a technical leadership role.
• Strong experience in product engineering, with a focus on building empathetic and user-centric products.
• Extensive experience in web development, particularly with technologies such as Node.js and React.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, specifically Azure, and containerization technologies like Docker.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with web scraping techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform).

Job Responsibilities.

• Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives 
• Optimize keywords in existing content and uncover new opportunities for addition of keywords
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific 
• Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
• Client interactions and monthly meetings to discuss SEO strategies
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages 
• Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals
• Monitor and administer Google Analytics dashboards and point out key areas of importance in accordance of client goals
• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
• Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Significant Microsoft Excel experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of HTML preferred
• Good communication skills - written and spoken

Technical Roles and Responsibilities

-  Demonstrate a systematic and disciplined architecture, system design and programming approach following a standard software development lifecycle

-  Meticulous attention to detail and strong focus on clear and practical documentation

-  Work closely with senior management, Development Manager, Project Manager, and a team of developers.

- Design, Code, Unit Test and support Software components

-  Deliver quality software in a time following standard software development processes

-  Analyze problems raised in software development or production environments and provide timely solutions

-  Develop, prepare and maintain system documentation, including program descriptions, operational procedures etc.

-  Act as the second line of support during production problems.

Mandatory Skills:

Software Engineering

u  Strong experience in agile methodologies and test driven development.

u  Experience in software development using open source technologies.

u  Experience in automated software testing.

u  Knowledge in domain-driven design, design patterns and enterprise integration patterns.

u  Must have experience in delivering software via complete Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.

Software Development

u  Must be able to code in Java (SpingBoot and Spring Cloud Services).

u  Experience in some of the technologies below:

o PaaS: Pivotal Cloud Foundy/Openshift/ AWS/ Azure/ Docker/ Kubernetes

o Data: MySQL/ Postgres/ Oracle/ MongoDB/ Elasticsearch

o Cache: Redis/ Memcached

o UI: HTML5,Bootstrap, CSS, Angular 4/ ReactJS/RxJS

 - Strong knowledge in CI/CD toolset such as Ansible, Artifactory, Jenkins, BitBucket, SonarQube, Fortify,  Flyway, Jira and Confluence.

-  Strong knowledge in automated testing toolset such as jUnit, Mockito, cucumber, Selenium etc.

-  Strong knowledge in scripting languages such as Groovy and Linux shell.
