About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by reaching out to potential clients, pitching our products/services, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and meetings with prospective clients from provided databases and self-generated leads.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
• Identify potential leads and qualify prospects based on interest and fit.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, outcomes, and client interactions.
• Support the business development team in campaign planning and reporting.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Confidence in initiating conversations and building rapport with new clients.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of regional languages is a bonus).
• Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude.
