Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership & Delivery: Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices for architecture, scalability, and security.
- Project Oversight: Oversee all technical aspects of Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering to final deployment, including integration, testing, and performance optimization.

- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
1. Work with product managers, product marketing and engineers to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including user guides, integration guides, API developer guides, and platform documentation (tooltips, welcome instructions)
2. Buil and maintain client aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online videos, demos, guided tours, and other educational techniques
3. Learn complex concepts, and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users
4. Act as an editor to ensure consistency in training documentation

Primary Responsibilities

1. You will be responsible for accelerating the growth (Reach, Activation, Engagement, Retention and Revenue) through the use of metrics and game-changing marketing strategies and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of the entire product lifecycle management from concept through launch and beyond.
- Break down the overall roadmap into specific components for you to own the backlog.
