Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Content Writer to join our dynamic team. This role involves crafting compelling and personalized application materials, including Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), resumes, and other college applications. Additionally, the writer will produce SEO-friendly blogs on study-abroad topics and provide consultancy to clients about the admissions process. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, collaborative, and enthusiastic about contributing to various aspects of our consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Materials: Write and edit Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), resumes, and other application documents tailored to individual client profiles.

2. Blog Writing: Develop and publish SEO-friendly blog content on study abroad topics, including tips, trends, and country-specific information.

3. Client Consultation: Provide personalized advice to clients regarding the admissions process, application strategies, and document requirements.

4. University Shortlisting: Assist clients in shortlisting suitable universities based on their academic profile, career goals, and preferences.

5. Collaborative Support: Work closely with other team members, including advisors and counselors, to ensure a seamless and integrated service for clients.

6. Quality Assurance: Ensure all written content is error-free, adheres to client requirements, and maintains high standards of professionalism.

7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on changes in the study abroad landscape and admissions requirements to provide current and accurate advice.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Node.js Developer with at least 4 years of professional experience to join our team. As a Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for developing robust and scalable web applications using JavaScript and various frameworks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Production platform hands-on experience involving Node JS & REST API.

• Hands-on production platform experience working with micro-service back-end architecture.

• Working knowledge of GRPC, HTTPS, and GRAPHQ protocols.

• Well-versed in cloud deployment of code blocks.

• Experience with JS testing and code analysis frameworks such as Mocha.

• Utilize modern JavaScript frameworks such as Express.js and Sails.js to build efficient and scalable applications.

• Work with databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL using Mongoose and Sequelize ORM.

• Integrate messaging systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ for reliable event-driven communication.

• Write unit tests using Mocha, Chai, and Jest frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability.

• Utilize AWS S3 bucket for secure and scalable storage of data and media files.

• Collaborate with QA engineers to perform thorough testing and bug fixes.

• Work with third-party APIs such as Postman, Twilio, SendGrid, Firebase, and KeyCloak for various integrations.

• Experience in Node.js Frameworks
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Socket IO, ExpressJS & SailsJS

• Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, OpenShift and associated tooling.
• AWS, especially ECS, Lambda, RDS and DynamoDB. Performance and uptime are super
• important to us.
• The challenge of scaling a global, distributed API to 10,000+ requests per second.
• We have SDKs in a bunch of languages, so the more polyglot you are the better.
• If you like writing JS and React that would be awesome too.

• Make and attend necessary phone calls - inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide the required information to the customers
• Resolve any queries regarding gift delivery or transit damage.
• Maintain database by updating customer information daily
• Write communication scripts for inbound calls
• Keep the team informed about customer calls and demos regularly
