JOB PROFILE: - SOFTWARE ENGINEER TRAINEE

• Experience with Web fundamentals like HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, and JSP, etc.

• Hands-on exp in Web app development using modern client-side MVC frameworks using ReactJS
• Thorough understanding of ReactJs and its core principles

Backend Developer/FullStack Developer - ANGULAR,JAVA

Job Responsibilities :

• Must have knowledge of at least two PHP frameworks out of Laravel, Cakephp, CodeIgniter and YII.
• Must have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Knowledge of CMS architectures like Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal etc. will be an added advantage.

Responsibility:

• This is a generalist product role with a focus on problem statements around customer experience, customer support & user insights. For the product you will be building, you will help define and manage the end-to-end user experience.

FirstPrinciples is a Tech Holding company with a Venture Studio as part of its holdings. One part of the Venture Studio business at FirstPrinciples is about working with large enterprises on long-term digital transformation initiatives within their organization. The position that we are currently hiring for involves a multi-million dollar digital transformation initiatives for one of the largest Luxury Home Builders in the United States. Our scope involves working as expert consultants to advice and execute on upgrading the IT & Tech different internal and stakeholder facing systems within their organization. We are working on both web and mobile platforms.

This role is for someone who is able to provide recommendations to the client while having the ownership of the end deliverables. Requirements

• One of the following certifications (PRINCE2, CSP, CAPM, CBAP (BABOK), Agile, CSP, CSPO, PMPO)
• Experience in independently managing, End-to-End Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Project Management for complex IT Projects and Products / Apps
• Working with Client to understand provide Consulting or Business Solutions, Problem Solving Approach and Skills, Strong Analytical Skills, should be able to read between the lines
• Managing scope via release management and planning and creating User-Stories, Running Sprints Cycle and Experience working with a team of 15-20 resources
• Requirements Gathering, Requirements Analysis, Requirements Management, Requirements Elicitation, Requirements Matrix (RTMs)
• Experience in Developing Low-Level and High-Level Prototyping using Wireframes tools (using any of the latest wireframing tools, such as JustInMind, Adobe XD, MockFlow, etc)

• Implementing and managing front desk objectives and procedures
• Participating in daily operations meetings to coordinate closely with support departments regarding general administration and operations issues
• Maintaining front desk office supplies and equipment and managing budgets regarding the same
• Ensuring that the reception area is kept well-organized and neat
• Handling and managing all front desk activities including but not limited to phone calls, emails and appointments
• Performing various administrative duties as assigned by the organization by working closely and in coordination with the facilities and housekeeping teams
• Answering front-desk complaints and questions from visitors
• Obtaining or sending documents through email or fax
• Maintaining employee and department directories and notifying company personnel regarding arrival of visitor(s)
• Maintaining and updating relevant data, collecting feedback and reporting all these to the management in regular intervals

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation is a must
• Relevant work experience of 2 – 5 years handling front desk/ reception
• Candidate should be from South Delhi
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
• Proficiency in using a computer
• An ability to multi-task

Educational Qualification - B.E / B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, or any equivalent IT graduation or post-graduation

• J2EE - Sprint Boot Microservices.
• At least 8+ years of experience in Java development (J2EE, J2SE 8).
• Extensive experience with Spring, Spring Boot Micro Services, JPA, Hibernate.
• Extensive experience in REST and SOAP Webservices Services.
• Excellent knowledge of databases( PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience in testing tools (JUnit, SOAP UI, Postman).
• Experience in build tools – Maven, Gradle. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
