What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound sales efforts by engaging convenience store owners across the USA.
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying to closing deals.
- Make 150+ high-quality cold calls daily, focusing on conversations that convert into opportunities.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships that create repeat business and referrals.
- Communicate effectively in Gujarati, Hindi, and English while maintaining clear documentation in CRM.
- Consistently exceed quotas while contributing ideas to improve sales play-books and processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in closing deals in the USA
- Strong track record of meeting or beating targets in fast-moving environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, plus fluency in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn—the hallmarks of a true startup fit.
