Strong Customer Success Manager / Implementation Manager / Post-Sales Delivery (B2B SaaS – US Customers) Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success roles within B2B SaaS companies, primarily working with US-based customers.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience owning end-to-end customer onboarding and implementations, including requirement discovery, onboarding execution, go-live ownership, and early adoption success

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong project management and customer communication skills, owning onboarding timelines, running regular customer check-ins, managing CXO-level stakeholders, and proactively flagging risks or blockers.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have worked in post-sales, non-quota-carrying roles focused on customer success, retention, and long-term relationship management (upsell is not mandatory)

Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have a conceptual understanding of SaaS products and APIs, with the ability to understand workflows, follow integration issues, and coordinate effectively with technical teams (hands-on coding not required).

Mandatory (Note): Must be willing to work in US time zones (approx. 4:30 AM IST onwards, Mon–Fri).

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced QA professional proficient in testing to ensure the delivery of high‑quality software products. You will design and execute comprehensive test strategies, develop and maintain automated test scripts, and collaborate closely with development and product teams to identify and resolve defects. This role requires a strong understanding of QA methodologies, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement in software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute detailed manual test cases based on functional and technical requirements.

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry‑standard tools and frameworks.

• Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.

• Conduct regression, integration, performance, and security testing as needed.

• Participate in the planning and review of test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios.

• Ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain accurate test documentation and reports.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand product requirements and deliver high‑quality releases.

• Participate in code and test case reviews, providing feedback to improve quality standards.

• Stay updated with emerging testing tools, techniques, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software testing.

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.

• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language used for automation (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).

• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.

• Ability to write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

CTC Budget: 35-55LPA

Location: Hyderabad (Remote after 3 months WFO)

They have over 100 employees and looking to grow the team.

• 6 plus years of experience as a Python developer.
• Experience in web development using Python and Django Framework.
• Experience in Data Analysis and Data Science using Pandas, Numpy and Scifi-Kit - (GTH)
• Experience in developing User Interface using HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Experience in server-side templating languages including Jinja 2 and Mako
• Knowledge into Kafka and RabitMQ (GTH)
• Experience into Docker, Git and AWS
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources into a single system.
• Ability to collaborate on projects and work independently when required.

Selection Process: 2-3 Interview rounds (Tech, VP, Client)

• Reporting to our MD India, the Head of Partner will cover all aspects of outbound large customer sales
• Initially, you will create the processes to gain our first few high-value clients from India and establish the function within the business helping us grow in line with our strategic priorities
• Later, you will help shape the future structure of the team, expected to be 3-4 partner managers within a year, and be responsible for the team’s overall performance
• As such, a balance of being hands-on, to begin with, and moving more into a leadership role as the business grows is expected.
• You will be expected to design and implement a commission structure and scalable outreach process that delivers results.
• The package will be a strong base salary with excellent commission on top
• The role will be based in the company’s offices in Bangalore

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability in sales to small and medium businesses
• Good knowledge of sales-related systems and processes
• A “get stuff done” attitude
• A “nose for sales” to sniff out where the opportunities are and ensure you close them.
• Fluent in written and verbal communication in English and at least 1 other major Indian language

Desirable

• Experience in selling lead generation or marketing services - for example with Urban Company or similar organisation
• Written and verbal fluency in 2 or more major Indian languages (in addition to English)

ETL Developer – Talend

Job Duties:

• ETL Developer is responsible for Design and Development of ETL Jobs which follow standards,

best practices and are maintainable, modular and reusable.

• Proficiency with Talend or Pentaho Data Integration / Kettle.
• ETL Developer will analyze and review complex object and data models and the metadata

repository in order to structure the processes and data for better management and efficient

access.

• Working on multiple projects, and delegating work to Junior Analysts to deliver projects on time.
• Training and mentoring Junior Analysts and building their proficiency in the ETL process.
• Preparing mapping document to extract, transform, and load data ensuring compatibility with

all tables and requirement specifications.

• Experience in ETL system design and development with Talend / Pentaho PDI is essential.
• Create quality rules in Talend.
• Tune Talend / Pentaho jobs for performance optimization.
• Write relational(sql) and multidimensional(mdx) database queries.
• Functional Knowledge of Talend Administration Center/ Pentaho data integrator, Job Servers &

Load balancing setup, and all its administrative functions.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance unit test suites to verify the accuracy of ETL processes,

dimensional data, OLAP cubes and various forms of BI content including reports, dashboards,

and analytical models.

• Exposure in Map Reduce components of Talend / Pentaho PDI.
• Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge in Data Warehouse loading, tuning, and

maintenance.

• Working knowledge of relational database theory and dimensional database models.
• Creating and deploying Talend / Pentaho custom components is an add-on advantage.
• Nice to have java knowledge.

Skills and Qualification:

• BE, B.Tech / MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• Having an experience of 3+ years.
