A bit about you

We are looking for a results-driven Program Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs. You will serve as the operational anchor of GroundTruth’s Product Organization, working closely with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to align on strategy, execute delivery, and manage dependencies. This role demands strong program management acumen, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, and a deep understanding of Agile practices. You will be the delivery arm of GroundTruth’s Product Organization, closely engaged with their Engineering peers and actively participating with oversight on scheduling, management of dependencies, and orchestration of cross-functional engineering teams to launch new products and solutions successfully. You are strong communicators, comfortable in technical conversations, and take ownership of decisions informed by constraints in time, scope, budget, and staffing resources. You are highly organized professionals who are adept at balancing deadlines without sacrificing quality.

You will:

● Work closely with your Product Owner and Engineering Lead peers to deliver complex technical products and solutions.

● Own and orchestrate work breakdown, sequencing, task assignment, and scheduling of multiple work streams required for the delivery of those initiatives;

● Organize and maintain a calendar with dependencies to keep engineering teams unblocked and on schedule.

● Coordinate cross-functionally to manage dependencies with other Product Owners and Engineering teams;

● Own detail-level design deliverables (in close partnership with our design team) to provide functional specs for evelopment;

● Take ownership of value engineering initiatives to deliver cost-conscious solutions.

● Iterate on existing solutions to provide continued maintenance/monitoring of key products;

● Manage customer beta periods and lead rollouts for successful delivery.

You have:

● A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

● 6+ years of experience handling product and project teams in the software/tech industry.

● 2+ years of direct program management experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

● Proven success delivering projects in the AdTech or Digital Marketing industry.

● Strong proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking tools (Gantt charts or equivalent).

● Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale initiatives on time, within scope and budget.

● Experience managing cross-functional teams and working closely with stakeholders in Product, Design, and Engineering.

● Certifications like PMP, PgMP, or Agile are a plus.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Staffing Sales Specialist with a strong background in SaaS sales.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building client relationships, generating new business, and driving revenue growth in the IT/Cybersecurity/Analytics/Product engineering staffing and SaaS domains For India/APAC Region.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Account Management: Identify, target, and secure new clients for IT/Cybersecurity/Analytics/Product engineering staffing services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers in SaaS companies.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets. Leverage market insights to identify opportunities and position IT staffing solutions effectively within the SaaS industry.

SaaS Sales Expertise: Leverage your experience in SaaS sales to understand client needs and align staffing solutions with their technology objectives. Collaborate with clients to identify skill gaps and provide tailored staffing solutions, including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement services.

Networking & Business Development: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build the company’s presence in the IT and SaaS sectors. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas.

Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met with high-quality candidates. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in IT IT/Cybersecurity/Analytics/Product engineering staffing sales and SaaS sales. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends, especially in SaaS. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications Established network of clients in the SaaS or IT industry. Knowledge of workforce management, talent acquisition, and recruitment trends. Experience with MSP (Managed Service Provider) or VMS (Vendor Management System) environments is a plus.

Role:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Should possess strong knowledge of visual design principals along with proficiency with illustrations and icon design
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe creative suite, Sketch, Figma and prototyping tools
• Shape the user experience of wireframes by adding or enhancing visual elements considering the principals of aesthetic design.
• Focus on the aesthetics of a product and its related materials by strategically implementing iconography, typography, space, layouts, colour, Illustrations, and in dashboard training gifs/ videos.
• Maintain a design style guide and ensure every feature shipping out into production is compliant with it.
• Work closely with frontend engineers to provide design deliverables such as icons, fonts or any other styling element.
• Work closely with product marketing team on the feature announcement plans, come up with the creative and get them implemented.
