JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Requirements:

• Strong experience in Back-End Web Development, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Must have 4+ years of experience in Laravel, CodeIgniter, or other MVC frameworks
• Should have knowledge of Agile Process & Knowledge of Web Application Security concepts.
• Database experience of at least one of the following: PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Must have experience of Laravel Queue Jobs, Seeders, Migration and factory files, Service Providers.
• Should have Experience of creating schedules and artisan commands in Laravel.
• Should be very strong with Object Oriented concepts, design and architecture.
• Basic Database conceptual knowledge such as DDL, DML and their usages.
• Knowledge of Ecommerce, payment gateway, Webhooks & API integration.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Experience with Google Map API, Firebase API, and AWS is plus.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, Bitbucket)
• Experience with agentic coding workflows using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development environments is a plus.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Write, test, and release world-class, production-ready code
• Ensure that the data needs of the UI are fulfilled with efficient database queries
• Ensure compliance with software engineering standards and processes defined at Simform.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web enabled devices and browsers

• Solid hands-on experience with ReactJS frontend development with modern practices. 
• HTML5, JavaScript, ES6, and TypeScript expertise
• Experience with   React .js / D3.js / GraphQL is a plus
• Proficiency with CSS3, Sass, and Mixins - knowledge of GSAP would be a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs integration 
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, Bower, Gulp etc. 
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, Github, Bitbucket

Educational Qualification: BE Computer Science, BE IT, B Tech Computer, M Tech Computer, MCA, BCA, M.Sc. IT, B.Sc. IT or a related field.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating well designed videos (courses) and images to be posted on company’s Ayurveda education business. which will also entail creating various engaging posts for social media channels like Instagram, FB, Pinterest etc.

• Editing full-length courses, ads, compile animation, content, music etc.
• Responsible for the complete packaging of videos (ads, infomercials, demos etc.)
• Catering to the international market (primarily English speaking) with a good understanding of the language
• Working long and hard within a highly disciplined eco-system
• Building a distinctive brand that stands-out amidst a crowd of beauty and wellness products across the globe

Desired Candidate Profile

• Applying scientific and engineering principles in R&D, market research, recipe optimization, regulatory, production technology (pilot & plant), packaging and processing
• Conducting shelf life studies on new products, flavour, texture and color measurement, rheological and physiochemical property evaluation, nutritional composition analyses and microbiological safety
• Being responsible for food sensory evaluations for new/ existing product items and regulatory approvals
• Developing and creating specification sheets for all new products, label reviews and health claims
• Evaluating and recommending alternate ingredients used in existing products
• Being responsible for setting up lab setup & large commercial production process facility for various food products
• QA/QC check of all finished products post dispatch and pre inward at 3rd party manufacturer – will involve extensive travelling

Desired Candidate Profile

• M.Sc. In Food Technology or B.Tech in Food Technology with atleast 5 yrs of experience in R&D and developing various food products in categories – malted drinks, pasta, sauces, instant noodles, flours experience an added advantage
• Experience in scaling up from R&D scale to large commercial production facility
• Ability to identify issues in the existing system and processes and coming up with innovative solutions
• Curiosity with heavy focus on details
• Ability to understand customer concerns with high empathy, and get to resolution with a win-win situation for both the customer and the company
• Ability to build long term relationships with potential customers
• Entrepreneurial ownership    

• Strong technical knowledge in software, hardware, and networking
• Prior experience in Customer service or call center environment
• IP protocol and network experience highly desirable
• Working knowledge of NetApp technical systems (6 months or more)
• Strong understanding of computing technology including hardware components, data storage, operating systems, software applications, common peripheral devices, and external connectivity
• Sound problem solving skills with linear and logical troubleshooting skills
• Process knowledge, assessment, design and documentation skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Solid analytical, technical, and project management skills
• Must have proficiency with various software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
