4. Knowledge of libraries like Redux or architectural styles like MVC, MVVM a definite plus but not essential.
5. Good understanding of Back end development, Node.js, Express, MongoDB/DynamoDb preferred. If this is not your tech stack but you have a good understanding of data structures, algorithms, working with and creating APIs, databases, authentication and more then that's also good.
6. Knowledge of Cloud Providers like AWS, Azure, GCP also a definite plus but not essential.
7. Basic understanding of automation testing tools and scripting.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by handling various front desk responsibilities. This includes addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, collecting patient feedback, providing health insurance recommendations, and offering guidance on diagnoses.
Night Shift Only
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
- Addressing and resolving customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assisting patients with appointment scheduling and maintaining their availability records.
2. Appointment Management:
- Efficiently coordinating and fixing appointments for doctors based on patient preferences and availability.
3. Feedback Collection:
- Soliciting feedback from patients to continuously improve the quality of services provided.
4. Health Insurance Recommendation:
- Offering guidance and recommendations on suitable health insurance options to patients.
5. Diagnosis Guidance:
- Providing basic information and guidance to patients regarding their diagnoses and treatments.
- Proficiency in Oops Concepts and C# (Professional)
- ASP.NET MVC | ASP.NET Core | EF Core | MVC applications (Advanced)
- Entity Framework | ADO.NET (Moderate)
- Proficient knowledge in MSSQL | PostgreSQL | Oracle | LINQ | Couch base (Moderate)

- Dependency injection , IoC containers using: Autofac , Handlers,

Key Responsibilities:
- Create technical designs, independently code, unit test to ensure code quality, and deploy various components of IBM Sterling Commerce OMS.
- Perform database design for custom components.
- Writing code for custom APIs, extending transactions, events, DB extensions etc to complete OMS technical designs.
- Support various phases of testing in an agile delivery framework.
- Apply strong design, development, and troubleshooting skills in work to deliver quality.
- Take initiative to learn new concepts in IBM Sterling OMS technologies on cloud at a rapid pace.
- Foster an environment of team collaboration.
Technical Experience :
- At least 2 years of strong IBM Sterling OMS development experience.
- 2-5 years strong experience using Java/J2EE, XML, XSD, XSL, SOAP, REST Web Service, IBM MQ and latest Java/J2EE concepts
- Experience working in Agile development teams.
- Knowledge of dockers, CI/CD build and deployments pipelines.
- Problem solving and code debugging skills in a large distributed application.
- Eager to learn and develop IBM Sterling Call center UI customizations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English.
- Four-year college or university degree in Computer Science or related field.
