Job Role 

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales professional with a strong background in IT Services, Partner Management, and Business Development. The candidate will be responsible for expanding channel partnerships, driving B2B & B2C sales, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage channel partner networks to drive business growth.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners, resellers, and business associates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and enterprise clients.
• Generate leads and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Drive B2B and B2C sales through channel partnerships.
• Conduct partner meetings, sales presentations, and business reviews.
• Handle proposals, negotiations, and client discussions professionally.
• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain sales pipeline reports, forecasts, and MIS updates.

Eligibility Criteria

• 7–8 years of experience in Channel Sales / Business Development / Partner Sales.
• Mandatory experience in the IT Services industry.
• Strong understanding of B2B & B2C sales processes.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and partner growth.
• Strong networking, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
• Graduation is mandatory; MBA preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Handle export documentation in compliance with Indian customs regulations, specifically for apparel shipments

Prepare and verify documents such as:

Commercial Invoice

Packing List

Shipping Bill

Bill of Lading / Airway Bill

Certificate of Origin

Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), and transporters for smooth shipment execution

Ensure timely clearance of shipments and adherence to export timelines

Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation for audits and compliance

Track shipments and update internal stakeholders on status

Resolve shipment-related issues (delays, documentation errors, customs queries)

Work closely with internal teams (production, sales, warehouse) to align dispatch schedules

Required Skills

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of export procedures and Indian customs regulations

Experience in apparel export documentation

Familiarity with logistics processes (air/sea shipments, incoterms)

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication

Experience with ERP systems is a plus

Core Skills:

Good written and verbal communication in English

Attention to detail (critical for documentation accuracy)

Problem-solving ability

Time management and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in a similar shipping/logistics role within an export-oriented company

Hands-on coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, and customs

Airflow developer:

Exp: 5 to 10yrs & Relevant exp must be above 4 Years.

Job description:  

·        Experience in working on Airflow.

·        Experience in SQL, Python, and Object-oriented programming. 

·        Experience in the data warehouse, database concepts, and ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, Pentaho, etc.).

·        Azure experience and exposure to Kubernetes. 

·        Experience in Azure data factory, Azure Databricks, and Snowflake. 

Required Skills: Azure Databricks/Data Factory, Kubernetes/Dockers, DAG Development, Hands-on Python coding.

A candidate with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in Snowflakes Data Cloud.

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent knowledge in Snowflakes Data Cloud.

• Excellent knowledge in SQL

• Good knowledge in ETL

• Must have working knowledge of Azure Data Factory

• Must have general awareness of Azure Cloud

• Must be aware of optimization techniques in Data retrieval and Data loading.

• Plan, manage, implement, support and/or monitor SAP integration solutions and middleware for on-premise, cloud or hybrid scenarios
• Plan and conduct customer workshops, design and build integrations and interfaces, create plans for data Integration and Unit testing
• Communicating effectively with project team members at different technical knowledge levels and often remotely across diverse geographical locations
• Identify test data for unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance, working with client's functional consultants for validation of test results
• Build relationships with your clients to help Accenture become the go-to partner for SAP data integration and interfaces
