Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to drive targeted growth across high-value enterprise accounts. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, owning personalized campaigns that directly impact pipeline and revenue.

You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation teams to design and execute tailored outreach strategies for key accounts globally.

Key Requirements:

1. Years in performance marketing (2+ years)

2. LinkedIn Ads ownership + monthly budget (daily use with a budget of more than $20k)

Key Responsibilities

• ABM Strategy & Execution Design and execute account-based marketing programs for targeted enterprise accounts
• Identify and prioritize high-value accounts in collaboration with sales teams
• Campaign ManagementPlan and run multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, content syndication)
• Drive personalized messaging tailored to specific accounts, industries, and personas
• Sales AlignmentPartner closely with Account Executives and SDRs to align on account plans and outreach
• Enable sales teams with insights, messaging, and campaign support
• Data & InsightsLeverage intent data, CRM insights, and marketing automation tools to refine targeting
• Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance and ROI
• Content & PersonalizationWork with content and product marketing teams to create account-specific assets
• Develop use-case driven narratives for enterprise buyers (CTOs, QA Heads, Engineering Leaders)
• Pipeline ContributionOwn ABM-driven pipeline generation and influence revenue outcomes
• Continuously experiment and improve conversion across the funnel

Requirements

3–7 years of experience in B2B Marketing / Demand Generation / ABM

Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise sales cycles, and developer tools ecosystem (preferred)

Proven experience in running targeted campaigns for enterprise accounts

• Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, 6sense, Demandbase (good to have)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• To Co-ordinate with regional teams and collect the required data
• Knowledge of advanced MS Excel, Presentation is a must

• Under limited supervision, oversee the design, purchase, installation, and support of network communications and services for customers, including LAN/WAN/SD-WAN services in central and remote offices (requires thorough knowledge of LAN/WAN/SD-WAN systems, networks, and applications).
• Provide technical and procedural direction for the actual implementation of the infrastructure, as well as interface with internal users, development personnel, and other technical staff to understand and meet their requirements.
• Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and DNS\DHCP\IPAM solutions.
• Ensures business continuity in the appropriate technology by ensuring systems are configured appropriately in order to optimize performance and to initiate recovery action after system failures.
• Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation.
• Configuring firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.
• Work within a large global team and at times, work after hours and on weekends.
• Work with various networking tools, equipment, and processes.
• Perform third-level support, investigating and addressing faults in the network.
• May be responsible for evaluating current network systems performance and trending.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree and/or technical training/certifications (Cisco certifications).
• 5+ years experience in network implementation and operations.
• 5+ years experience working with enterprise Ethernet, VLANs, QoS, routing, switching, and IP addressing.
• Experience working with carrier technologies including MPLS, SDWAN, Ethernet, P2P, and Internet for systems interconnectivity.
• After-hours and weekend work will be required, including participation in the department on-call rotation.
• The candidate needs to be skilled in the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of network incidents.
• ITIL familiarization is desired (Incident/Problem/Change/Configuration Management).
• Palo Alto firewall and F5 BigIP load balancer experience.
• BlueCat DNS\DHCP\IPAM experience.
• Experience with Cisco ASR routers and IPSEC tunnels.
• Excellent communication skills and experience effectively communicating with technical and non-technical audiences

Detailed Job Description:

• Should have experience in Development, Configuration, Implementation, and Support of Salesforce CRM applications based on Apex Language and leveraging Force.com Platform running in Cloud Computing Environments.
• Should work on developing custom objects, custom fields, role-based page layouts, custom Tabs, custom reports, report folders, design of Visual Force Pages, Dashboards, Apex Classes, Controllers & Triggers, VF Components, and various other components as per the client and application requirements.
• Should implement security and sharing rules at an object, field, and record level for different users at different levels of the organization. Also should have knowledge of creating various profiles and configured the permissions based on the organizational hierarchy.
• Should have good experience in design and develop Apex Classes, Controller Classes, and Apex Triggers for various functional needs in the application.
• Should involve in Unit Testing, Test Coverage, and Code Review.
• Should have experience working with Force.com IDE version 23.0, Eclipse IDE, and salesforce.com Sandbox environments.
