Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for the role of MICE Sales Manager. The MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining corporate relationships, and delivering tailored travel and event solutions. The role involves designing and selling comprehensive MICE packages, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets and organizational goals. The professional will also work closely with internal teams to curate customized travel experiences for corporate clients and manage post-event feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Go code.

  Implement and integrate with back-end services, databases, and APIs.

  Write clean, scalable, and testable code following best practices and design patterns.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

  Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

  Identify and address bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.

  Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  Proven experience as a Golang Developer or similar role in software development.

  Proficiency in Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms.

  Experience with server-side development, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.

  Familiarity with common Go frameworks and tools such as Gin.

Knowledge implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems

  Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

  Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

  Strong understanding of concurrency and parallelism in Go.

  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of new highly responsive, web-based user interface

Requirements and qualifications

• Experience in Work Frontend Frameworks like Bootstrap, MUI & Antd.

• Hands-on experience with REACT REDUX

• Experience with HTML5 / CSS3

About the Role:

3+ years of experience in frontend technologies and progressive web applications development

Expert in using of design patterns, data structures and algorithms

Should have sound understanding of design architecture and principles, coding frameworks like react.js, angular.js, vue.js, node.js, next, js, express.js etc.

Experience with popular JS libraries like Ember, Babel, Typescript, Webpack, Socket etc.

Solid understanding of object-oriented design and programming concepts, core JavaScript concepts like scope/closures, the event loop and asynchronous callbacks, promises

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5 CSS3 JSON, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
