ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Customer Success Associate at Infinity X, you will be the bridge between our customers and our product, ensuring users have a smooth, engaging, and successful experience at every stage of their journey. You will interact with customers through calls, chats, emails, and meetings to understand their needs, resolve issues, guide them through product usage, and build strong long-term relationships.

This role is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy, eager to learn, and possess strong communication skills in English. We are looking for candidates who are proactive, customer-focused, and capable of

adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate curiosity, professionalism, problem-solving ability, and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and calls in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide product training and guidance to customers.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer and technical issues.

• Create and maintain product tutorial videos & documentation of customer issues, resolutions, and product updates.

• Stay updated on product features, workflows, and AI-based tools.

• Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve customer experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Management, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical knowledge).

• English proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English, you will interact regularly with customers, top level management and internal teams across global regions.

• Tech savviness: Comfortable working with modern web applications, digital platforms, AI-based tools, and customer support systems.

• Problem-solving ability: Ability to think logically, handle customer issues professionally, and coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Backend Developer (4.5 – 7.5 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and develop high-performance,scalable, and secure backend APIs and services

using .NET Core.

● Work withrelational (MS-SQL) andNoSQL (CosmosDB, MongoDB) databases to create

optimized data models and ensure data consistency and performance.

● Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

● Collaborate with front-end developers and other teams to deliver high-quality software.

● Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring quality standards.

● Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, optimizing code for maximum performance and scalability.

● Stay updated with the latest trends in backend development and cloud technologies to drive innovation.

● Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.

Required Experience:

● 4.5 -7.5 years of experience in backend development.

● Strong experience with .NET Core and building RESTful APIs.

● Proficient with MS-SQL and experience working with NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB and MongoDB.

● Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure Storage, API Management, Azure SQL Database,etc.).

● Understanding of software development principles such as object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and SOLID principles.

● Experience with version control systems such as Git.

● Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming, microservices architecture, and cloud-native application design.

● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and deployment automation is a plus.

● Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

● Ability to work in an Agile development environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

● Good communication and collaboration skills.
