Responsibilities:

1. Software Development:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality Python-based applications.

• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing among team members.
• Implement and enforce best practices for code testing, deployment, and documentation.

1. Problem Solving:

• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative and efficient solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for system and process improvements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

7 years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer.

1. Strong proficiency in Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
2. Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
3. Solid understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
4. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead and inspire a development team.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within deadlines.

• 6+ years of experience with expertise in Django CMS, Python, REST framework, AI framework
• MySQL Db usage, SQL queries
• Experience in using scraping tools.
• Microservices
• Docker and Kubernetes hands-on experience
• AWS Redis cache integration
• Deployment on AWS cloud, auto-scale
• Work will be rotational Shifts/ UK Shift
• Must be flexible to work on weekends/stretch for some hours

What we are looking for?

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ year of experience in Python/Django or Go
• Familiarity with Node.JS is a plus
• You write high quality and well-tested code to meet the needs of your customers.
• Good intuition for REST API design
• Start-up experience is a plus
• BS/MS/PHD in Computer Science or a related field (ideal)
• Preferably a Pune based candidate who can join at the earliest / Within a month

Should Be a Computer Science Graduate from a Tier-1 Engineering college like IIT/ BHU / NIT / VIT / COEP / PICT / BITS

• Knowledge of managing source code with Git.

• Good communication skills, and ability to clearly plan and describe features before building.
