Senior Backend Engineer (Django & Python)

Job Description:

• He / She candidate must possess a strong technology background with advanced knowledge of Java and Python based technology stack.
• Java, JEE, Spring MVC, Python, JPA, Spring Boot, REST API, Database, Playwright, CI/CD pipelines
• * At least 3 years of Hand-on Java EE and Core Java experience with strong leadership qualities.
• * Experience with Web Service development, REST and Services Oriented Architecture.
• * Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Design patterns, Architecture and Application Integration.
• * Working knowledge of Databases including Design, SOL proficiency.
• * Strong experience with frameworks used for development and automated testing like SpringBoot, Junit, BDD etc.
• * Experience with Unix/Linux Operating System and Basic Linux Commands.
• * Strong development skills with ability to understand technical design and translate the same into workable solution.
• * Basic knowledge of Python and Hand-on experience on Python scripting
• * Build, deploy, and monitor applications using CI/CD pipelines, * Experience with agile development methodology.
• Good to Have - Elastic Index Database, MongoDB. - No SQL Database Docker Deployments, Cloud Deployments Any Al ML. snowflake Experience

Job Responsibilities

• Should have experience in Software Product Development at an enterprise level.  .
• Analyze requirements and come up with possible solutions to solve the problem, evaluating and capturing necessary tradeoffs
• Build and improve newest services and ensure that they are well tested and released quickly and often to our customers
•  Debugging capabilities and identify the root cause of the problem and fix them.
•  Influencing the architecture of an application. 
•  Design and implement cloud based high-performance, highly available services to cover customers’ high demands and big data volumes 
•  Maintain rapid deployment pipelines and observability of the services to support operations/troubleshooting. 
•  Think about security of the whole technical stack and processes to ensure customers’ data is safe 
•  Take care of all aspects of the product: from implementation, through testing, to operations.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Python programming
• Mandate experience working as a Python Developer with Django.
• Should have good experience in Flask, numpy and pandas
• Should have good experience in REST API development with Django.
• Have In-depth understanding of Object Oriented Programming ( OOPs ) concepts.
• Are Able to create Database Schemes that represent and support business processes.
• Should have good understanding of Agile frameworks such as Git, Jenkins etc.
• Must have experience working on MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript & jQuery.
• Must have experience with Web Servers e.g. Nginx, Apache.
• Good to have AI/ML/Data science certification.
• Must be a fast learner and comfortable teaching yourself new skills and can thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication as well as written skills

• Excellent knowledge in one or more of Python/NodeJS REST Frameworks 
• Hands on experience in system architecture and data modelling. Experience with databases like MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB.
• Devops capabilities - with good understanding of deployments and cloud infrastructure. In depth knowledge of container architecture using Docker is must. 
• Scaled systems using RabbitMQ/ Redis /Celery/ Kafka
