Senior Python/Django Full Stack Developer

Role

You will develop and maintain the key backend code and infrastructure of the company stack. You will implement AI solutions like LLMs for various tasks such as voice-based interactive systems, chatbots, and AI web apps. Ability to see projects through from start to finish with good organizational skills and attention to detail. This is a perfect role for someone who likes to build state-of-the-art AI products and work with cutting-edge AI technologies like GPT, LLAMA, etc

Qualifications 

• Basic: BS in Computer Science or relevant field. Preferred: MS in AI/ML
• 5+ years experience in backend software development or AI role
• Must be able to design high throughput scalable backend systems
• Knowledge/experience of ML and deep learning, fine tuning AI models (especially LLMs), policy optimization, creating embeddings, transformer architecture, Prompt engineering
• TensorFlow, pytorch, langchain knowledge/usage
• Experience using LLMs such as llama or GPT in apps
• Nice to have - CV knowledge like VLM and CNN
• Proficiency in any programming language such as Python, Nodejs, Go.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP) and technologies like Docker
• Knowledge of Rest APIs, databases (mysql, mongo, vectorDB)

Job Brief

Primary Responsibilities:

• Obtaining in-depth understanding of design and implementation of existing software product
• Performing all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, design, estimation, and development & testing
• Applying innovation and creativity in design and implementation of features
• Designing reusable components, frameworks and libraries
• Troubleshooting production support issues post-deployment and come up with solutions as required
• Follow the processes defined by the project manager and the organization

General Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in full-stack development in python based technologies.

  KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  
  
• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in the development of scalable scale web applications.
• Proven experience in Full stack web development using Typescript, Angular1,2,4+, HTML5 and CSS3, Microservice API development, and experience in PHP/Python/Laravel and MVC frameworks is a must.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools, Code Analysis, and Test automation is preferred.
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Knowledge of advanced PHP concepts, MySQL, JSON, XML & ability to work in a LAMP/WAMP environment.
• Strong Knowledge of DB & code security along with basic server operations like Curl, Crud, cPanel.
