Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Business Partnering

●Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

●Partner directly with business leaders on strategic initiatives, investment cases, and growth opportunities.

●Present business performance, insights, and recommendations to the CEO, board, and senior leadership team.

●Act as a thought partner to challenge assumptions, evaluate risks, and ensure robust decision-making.

Corporate Finance & Growth Strategy

●Drive capital allocation, fundraising, and investor relations strategy.

●Lead financial due diligence, scenario analysis, and long-term planning.

●Provide insights on market trends, competitive positioning, and strategic growth opportunities.

Financial Control & Governance

●Ensure strong compliance, risk management, and governance frameworks.

●Oversee accounting, audits, tax, and regulatory requirements with internal teams and external advisors.

●Continuously improve financial systems, reporting accuracy, and process scalability.

Leadership & Influence

●Mentor and build a high-performing finance team with scalable systems.

●Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team.

●Engage effectively with the board and external stakeholders, demonstrating credibility and the ability to hold ground in strategic discussions.

●Evolve into a broader leadership role with increasing ownership of finance and operations.

Reporting & Financial Insights

●Manage the end-to-end MIS process, providing precise reporting across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

●Monitor liquidity by tracking burn rates and runway to ensure the leadership team has absolute visibility into working capital.

●Develop board materials and investor communications, distilling complex financial results into a compelling narrative regarding performance and future outlook.

●Function as the lead liaison for investor diligence while overseeing that all statutory audits and reporting remain compliant and timely.

Qualifications & Skills

●Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification strongly preferred; CFA/MBA Finance a plus.

●Strong track record in financial modeling, capital raising, and strategic problem-solving.

●Demonstrated ability to work with boards, investors, and senior leadership teams.

●Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.

●Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to step into a CFO role in the near future.

Business Development and Client Acquisition

• Identify, target, and engage B2B clients including corporates, startups, and colleges

Job Requirements:

• Work closely with product and growth teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities

• 1–2 years in B2B Sales, Business Development, or EdTech/HRTech Marketing

Brand Development

 To ensure integrated and consistent brand communications across marketing, media relations, digital

media and publications on all aspects of the company’s work.

 Significantly contributing to the development of the overall business strategy through the identification

of content trends. Completely own content strategy and execution.

 To represent Affordplan professionally across all content platforms.

Asset Development

 Contribute to Affordplan’s thought-leadership in the industry through the development of robust and

effective multi-format content aligned with wider marketing strategy and campaigns.

 Creating clear Product Messaging, including Positioning, Features & Benefits and USP’s for the

Affordplan Proposition for the website, social media, and other brand assets.

 Create newsletters and email direct mailers for intended mailing list and customer base.

 Research and curate content for digital dissemination including blog pieces, opinion pieces, medical

awareness articles, scripts for videos, e-books, guides, media releases etc.

 Creation of sales tools and training modules; including white papers, presentations, collateral, website

content and social content

 Working with the Marketing team on PR and Product Review Programs

 Working with customers to generate success stories, testimonials and other user generated content.

What is the role?

As the IT/System administrator, you will oversee and maintain all aspects of the company’s computer infrastructure including desktop support, maintaining network, servers and security programs and systems. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• From servers to security programs, review all computer systems to ensure that all aspects are operating efficiently.
• Troubleshoot problems, configure hardware and software, implement back up processes including disaster recovery and failover procedures and assess systems for upgrades or replacement.
• Install new systems, assess, and implement upgrades as needed, create passwords, and run checks for viruses and spyware.
• Provide desktop support to the employees and manage the IT helpdesk.
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
• Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance.
• Diagnosing, verifying, recording, and reporting downtime and providing immediate notification for all incidents.
• Represent the IT department during various internal and external ISMS and Quality audits.
• Maintaining the register of all the IT Assets, Including hardware's and Software's.
• Familiar with the mail security, web browsing protection, Endpoint security, data recovery, backup and Active Directory.
• Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
• Support the implementation of new solutions or applications for the organization. 
• Knowledge about Incident management, access control, Log monitoring, VPN, VAPT and Password management.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of database, network administration, or system administration experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and apply analytical skills.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional System administration / IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus.
• A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans.
• Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Prior experience of working on ISMS, GDPR & SOC guidelines of IT Infra and security.
