SAP Quality Management Consultant (QM/WM)

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 6+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Retail / ERP platforms serving enterprise or mid-market customers.

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong hands-on experience in Retail ERP domain, with exposure to modules such as Inventory Management, Merchandising, Supply Chain, POS, Order Management, Retail Operations, or Omnichannel Retail systems.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have proven experience driving product strategy and business outcomes, including measurable impact on product adoption, revenue growth, customer expansion, monetisation, retention, or customer experience improvements.

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must demonstrate end-to-end product ownership including customer discovery, market research, PRD/MRD creation, roadmap definition, prioritisation, GTM alignment, launch strategy and post-launch performance tracking.

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have strong exposure to market-facing/outbound product management, including customer interactions, sales partnership, pricing discussions, product positioning and growth initiatives.

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must possess strong understanding of Retail SaaS ecosystem and ERP products, with ability to identify product opportunities and convert customer problems into scalable product solutions.

Mandatory (Stability) – Candidate should have worked a minimum of 1.5–2 years in each organisation.

Mandatory (Company) – Candidates should be from Retail ERP / Retail SaaS / POS / Enterprise Retail Technology Product companies only.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of client projects within our services organization. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within scope, and budget while meeting the company’s quality standards. • Design, develop, customize, and maintain Magento 2 websites, extensions, and modules.
