Blockchain Developer

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
2. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
3. Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
4. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
5. Develop and maintain documentation, including business process models, use cases, user stories, and requirements specifications.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
7. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings, solicit feedback, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
8. Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA analysts to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions.
9. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, and recommend adjustments or enhancements as needed.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and process improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources.
4. Proficiency in business analysis techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation.
5. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
7. Experience with business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
10. Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is preferred but not required.

Technical Skills

• Experience in development of solidity smart contracts and operating mechanism of blockchain encryption algorithms, consensus mechanism, security protocols etc.
• Proven work experience of deployments on ETH/BSC/MATIC networks and other EVM Chains
• Understanding of virtual machine architecture, memory, and stack.
• Familiar with Truffle, Waffle, and Hardhat, and the pros and cons of each framework.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (git) and repo management.
• (Plus) Understanding of mainstream DeFi ecosystems like Uniswap, Compound, Curve etc.

Soft Skills

We are looking for a blockchain developer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting a distributed blockchain-based network. Primary responsibility will be analyzing requirements, designing blockchain technology around a certain business model, and building and launching a blockchain network.

Essential Skills :

• Strong software development background

• Experience working with large codebases

• Solidity, Web3.js, Ethereum, Truffle, Remix, Smart Contracts, Cryptography, Wallets, Blockchain Fundamentals, DeFi & Banking Domain

• Experience working with open-source projects

• Proficiency in one of the following languages: C++, Java, JavaScript 

• Strong knowledge of common algorithms and data structures

• Familiarity with basic cryptography

• Familiarity with P2P networks

• Strong knowledge of bitcoin-like blockchains / Stable coins

• Strong knowledge of concurrency and writing efficient and safe multithreaded code

• Provide subject matter expertise in reviewing, analyzing, and resolving complex issues.
• Prepare user and systems documentation as needed.
• Design & implement Blockchain solutions which may run on Blockchain platforms and composed of multiple software packages based on Solution Architect.
• Lead a team of Blockchain juniors/trainees.
• Work with product managers and other product teams.
• Well versed in using GitHub.
