*Key Responsibilities*

_Content Creation & Management_

• Develop engaging, on-brand content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Write compelling and SEO-friendly blog posts, website content, and product descriptions.

• Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and seasonal trends.

• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content.

_Social Media Strategy & Execution_

• Create and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.

• Schedule and publish posts, monitor performance, and optimize based on insights.

• Engage with the audience, respond to comments/messages, and foster community building.

• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to create high-quality visual content.

_Analytics & Performance Tracking_

Job Description

• Develop dynamic PowerPoint presentations in the given time frame in an accurate manner with quality. 

• Develop and improve external client templates, and infographic layouts in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. 

• Format designs and transform rough slides /hand-drawn sketches into visually appealing PowerPoint Presentations. 

• Formatting presentations and business-related documents as per the Equirus brand guidelines. 

• Follow creative direction and actively participate in any given deliverable

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of related experience, Graduate / Postgraduate 

• Microsoft Office expert level - Word, PowerPoint, Excel 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient Java codebase for our ad-serving platform.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to

understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

 Design and implement new features and functionalities in the ad-serving system, focusing on performance

optimization and reliability.

 Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in the ad server environment, providing timely resolutions to ensure

uninterrupted service.

 Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding best practices to maintain code quality

and consistency across the platform.

 Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in ad serving and digital advertising, and integrate

relevant innovations into our platform.

 Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain the ad-serving platform in a cloud- based environment.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and estimate development

efforts for new projects and features.

 Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning and

improvement within the development team.

 Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for production issues as needed, ensuring maximum uptime

and reliability of the ad-serving platform.

• Web application development experience in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript (including new ES features), Python
• Hands-on experience in any one of the python-based backend frameworks like Django or Flask or Pyramid along with end to end testing
• Hands-on experience in building high performant React applications
• Hands-on experience working with Object Oriented JavaScript (OOJS), JavaScript libraries and their practical uses in building complex interactive experiences
• Hands-on experience working with TDD in JS with the help of frameworks like Mocha, Chai, Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library etc.
• In depth knowledge of SQL is a must. SQL Technologies that are desired are MySQL, PostGres, Oracle
• Experience in state management libraries like Redux and MobX
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Familiarity with various component libraries and design systems
• Proficient in using media queries and CSS frameworks like bootstrap or foundation for implementing responsive web design patterns in the applications
• Knowledge of common JavaScript design patterns
• Experience in owning Code Quality and Code Review processes
• Experience on Node.js is an advantage
• Work "in the trenches" with junior developers to implement large features that wow our clients

TechUnity is looking for a highly motivated and skilled React JS / React Native software developer who is comfortable with both front and back-end programming. Developer will be designing and implementing attractive and intuitive Web-based user interface and developing backend services to support front-end requests.
