Job Description:
We are searching for a highly qualified management support executive to work closely with our Management team. He will be responsible for productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and inter-departmental collaboration.
Objectives of this Role:
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Review, design and execute on improvements to organisational structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
- Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and Founders, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and Executives on special projects.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
- Assist and communicate with Team Heads in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Ensuring periodic progress tracking and Level 1 problem solving on behalf of founders
- Setting up company wide tracking dashboards
- Analyze it to deliver actionable insights and define key programs
- Assisting founders in investor decks and pitches
- MIS and Analytics for investor pitches
Skills and Qualifications :
- MBA from Tier-1 business school. Technical undergraduate background would be a plus
- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Experience with budget management
- Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication

As an Assistant Manager Marketing & Branding, you will be responsible for devising, planning
and executing various marketing, brand building and selling strategies for Proost Beer pan India,
which will require you to
Develop, maintain and implement a comprehensive brand building strategy as well as
guidelines, systems and tools to ensure brand message consistency across multiple
communication platforms.
Support creative development and interface directly with various external creative
agencies and experts.
Ensure balanced and memorable Social Media marketing.
Measure and report performance of various marketing and brand building campaigns.
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor activity to identify
opportunities and address key issues.
Align the entire company around our brand's direction, choices and tactics Build strong
consumer relationships, collect product and brand feedback and proactively address all
consumer needs.
Maintain & develop strong relationships with channel partners, corporations, educational
institutions, event organizers and non profit organizations to maximize Proost Beer
participation in all strategically aligned events.
Plan & execute on ground events and brand partnerships.
Manage, mentor and motivate various execution teams related to all marketing and
branding building efforts.
You will also work closely with our Marketing & Sales Teams to devise and execute
winning strategies at all points of sale.
You will also work hand in hand with our senior management team and various internal
operations, sales, distribution and back end support teams.
Core Requirements:
Unique ability to simultaneously be a captain & a soldier, a leader & a resource, a mentor
& a teammate.
Work experience of 3-5 years, ideally within alco bev marketing, consumer goods
marketing, hospitality or event management.
Education at a top tier university college.
Excellent communication skills and an outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
Ability to think creatively and support decisions analytically.
Strong work ethic and discipline.
Paranoia for organization, timeliness and optimization.
Passion for entrepreneurship, marketing and top quality beer.
