Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Informatica Cloud Developer with strong expertise in Informatica IDMC/IICS and experience in migrating from PowerCenter to Cloud.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL workflows, data warehouses, and performing data integration across multiple systems.

Mandatory Skills :

Informatica IICS/IDMC, Informatica PowerCenter, ETL Development, SQL, Data Migration (PowerCenter to IICS), and Performance Tuning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica IICS/IDMC.
• Work on migration projects from Informatica PowerCenter to IICS Cloud.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mappings, mapping tasks, and taskflows.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data integration and reporting needs.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills :

• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Informatica Cloud (IICS/IDMC).
• Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Proficiency in SQL and data warehouse concepts.
• Good understanding of ETL performance tuning and debugging.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Communications Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and bringing out quarterly newsletter, case study booklets, annual report
• Create and draft News releases, articles, editorials, publications, and Case Studies, Testimonials & other written communication products.
• Manage the organization's social media presence and develop engaging content to increase visibility and engagement.
• Provide support to team members on effective communication practices.
• Ensure that all communication materials adhere to the organization's brand and messaging guidelines.
• Good communications skill to communicate within the internal team Pan-India & external stakeholders.
• Design of banners, standees, and other communication materials for the centres, events, etc. Preferable – Good understanding of design principles

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing and executing communication materials.
• Good understanding of design principles
• Experience of 1 to 2 years

• Suggest programmatic strategy and tactics that coordinate with and augment the overall media plan objectives for DB2B clients
• Create and actively manage and optimize programmatic campaigns in DSPs

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following DSPs: Google DoubleClick Bid Manager(DV360), TheTradeDesk, DataXu, Amazon Advertising Platform, Adobe/TubeMogul, and Sizmek
• DoubleClick Campaign Manager/DoubleClick Bid Manager certifications are preferred but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure
• Positive team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree

Required background, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 5.5+/ 7+ Years of experience in a scalable product/ecommerce organization·       
• Excellent Java skills, Understanding of Spring framework & MVC approach
• Strong knowledge of Performance optimization and caching techniques.
• Strong Object Oriented Programming concepts, data structure and algorithms
• Experience in developing scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed backend services
• Experience with prevalent design patterns and advanced system designing
• Good experiences with databases and Schema design. We heavily use NoSQL databases
• Strong Problem Solving skills

Product Manager 

Purpose of the role 
A Product manager at CarWale would be responsible to deliver world-class products that solve real-world problems around car buying, by working in an agile framework of iterative development and collaboration.

They have to deliver great business value through user research , intelligent prioritization , and working with Stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure a great return on investment.

Role description

Primary responsibility of the role would be to define the product roadmap & backlog, work with business and functional teams to design and implement changes that drive user acquisition, user experience & monetization.

 Key responsibilities:

• Lead a development team to implement product changes while working collaboratively with multiple stake holders like Design, Sales, Operations & Management.
• Analyze data to derive product & business insights and use them to strategize changes.  Iteratively improve on the product by running tests
• Be responsible for prioritization of features based on assessment of business impact & effort.
• Report findings & periodic reviews with Management.
