Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our IT team. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and closing of various IT projects. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their career, with a passion for project management and a solid foundation in IT principles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.

- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.

- Ensure adherence to Agile framework and methodologies.

- Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

- Familiarity with Agile framework and its application in IT projects.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.

- Prior internship or project experience in an IT environment.

- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Outbound Sales duties and responsibilities

• Conduct research on target industries and companies to identify key decision-makers and their contact information which in our case is mining, manufacturing and infrastructure
• Vet and manage lead list on CRM or other products and keep them updated
• Attend online events, community events, and forums to understand processes, requirements and trends
• Manage collaterals such as pitch decks and product brochures and make them available across the company
• Contact prospective customers by both telephone, email, and networking sites to convert prospects into leads
• On a daily basis, own sales qualification to build a pipeline of sales opportunities
• Interface with marketing team and provide them with qualified leads for campaign management
• Support the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics
• Help prepare and send sales emails and follow-up communications
• Assist with other sales-related tasks as needed

Outbound Sales requirements and qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to think on feet and continue engaging conversations with prospects and industry veterans and leaders
• Interpersonal and presentation skills is a must
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

 Strong Angular experience.

React JS Developer 

• 2-4 years of experience as a React JS developer. 
• Must have Working Experience in a product based organization at least 18 months.
• Good Communication skills must.

MySQL - DBA L3 Support

# 7 -10  years of experience in MySQL, handled multiple versions & flavors of MySQL servers both for standalone & enterprise version, Data center and VM/Cloud setup.

# Strong database Configuration and troubleshooting / problem solving skills.

# Strong knowledge of database backup and recovery concepts and practices.

# Enabling disabling scheduled Jobs on MySQL Server

# Work with Dev and DevOps engineers to ensure that all needed data is gathered and provided to them for any performance issues

# Experience in managing both on-prem DB as well as VM / cloud based DBs

# Maintenance of backups (perform backups, monitor backup, report obsolete backups)

# Maintenance of user access (creating user accounts, dropping user accounts, granting privileges)

# Maintenance of log and trace files (remove, initialize, archive them)

# Knowledge on SQL scripts
