About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
• Handle confidential correspondence and documents with the utmost discretion.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as required.
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
• Assist in tracking key projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items as needed.
• Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and team members on behalf of the executive.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, expense reporting, and data management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting C-level executives.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Prior experience working with international teams or clients.

Responsibilities:

• Writing clean and efficient codes for iOS applications

• Supporting the entire application lifecycle from concept to design, testing, release and support

• Troubleshooting and bug fixes for applications, to ensure that codes are clean and secure

• Recommending changes and enhancements

• Staying up to date with new mobile technology trends, applications, and protocols

Required skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• You have prior experience as an iOS Developer

• You have a portfolio of released applications on the App Store

• You are familiar with mobile product and design lifecycles

• You have proven experience in iOS development in either Objective-C / Swift

• Experience with iOS frameworks (Eg. Core Data, Core Animation etc.)

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to effectively integrate iOS applications

• Good understanding of iOS release cycle and familiarity with CI/CD platform and pipelines

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (eg. Git)

• Familiarity with various testing tools

• Competitive analysis, extensive user research and process map building to architect the product offering
• Identifying design problems and setting a track of solving them with product development cycles

• Experience of 3+ years in designing Enterprise solutions or B2B products or complex B2C fintech products or productivity tools

We are actively seeking a Senior Data Engineer experienced in building data pipelines and integrations from 3rd party data sources by writing custom automated ETL jobs using Python. The role will work in partnership with other members of the Business Analytics team to support the development and implementation of new and existing data warehouse solutions for our clients. This includes designing database import/export processes used to generate client data warehouse deliverables.
