About the Role

P99SOFT is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Operations Intern to join our Pune office. This internship is ideal for MBA/BBA graduates passionate about Human Resources who want hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment support, and workplace communication.

We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires
• Help in preparing reports, trackers, and HR databases
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related activities
• Support employee engagement initiatives and office coordination
• Ensure smooth communication between employees and HR team

• MBA or BBA graduates (HR specialization preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and coordination abilities

Experience: Minimum 1 year in the Ed-Tech industry with Strong communication and sales skills

Location: Goregaon East

Compensation: Fixed salary up to ₹6.5 LPA + Uncapped Incentives

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Recruitment & Onboarding – Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing new hire onboarding.

2️⃣ Employee Engagement – Organizing team activities, feedback sessions, and HR initiatives.

3️⃣ Payroll & Compliance – Managing salary processing, attendance, and statutory compliance.

4️⃣ Performance Management – Assisting in appraisals, goal setting, and feedback collection.

5️⃣ HR Policies & Documentation – Maintaining employee records, drafting policies, and handling grievances.

6️⃣ Training & Development – Coordinating learning programs and skill development sessions.

7️⃣ Exit Process Management – Handling resignations, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.

Strong enterprise sales executive profile

Mandatory (Experience 1):Must have 2+ years of selling B2B SaaS.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have 2+ of experience of selling to enterprise clients OR to manufacturing industry OR selling FinTech product, SAP Product sales/Finance ERP solutions (like invoice processing, vendor management, Source to pay, Compliance solutions).

Mandatory (Sales Skills):Must have experience in end to end sales from lead generation, prospecting, demos, proposal building, negotiation, and deal closure

Mandatory (Stability): Must have stable career history — no frequent job hopping

Mandatory (Note): Final round is F2F (client will handle the travel

• Experience in Spring Boot, Jenkins, Git, Hibernate, Kubernetes, and Docker

• Experience in the development of scalable and extensible systems using Java

• Proficiency in Database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB

• Solid and fluent understanding of algorithm and data structures
