About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to own the development and delivery of the Miror app on both Android and iOS. You'll work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship features across consultations, community, commerce, rewards, and health tracking — with the polish and reliability a healthcare product demands.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable features in our Flutter app across Android and iOS

Own features end-to-end: from requirement discussions and UI implementation to release and post-launch monitoring

Build and refine core user journeys — onboarding, OTP-based authentication, doctor consultation booking, video consultations, community feeds, in-app purchases/shop, and the rewards dashboard

Integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs (payments, video calling, chat, push notifications, analytics)

Implement robust state management and clean, testable architecture

Optimize app performance, startup time, and stability; drive down crash rates using Firebase Crashlytics

Manage releases to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including versioning and CI/CD

Write unit, widget, and integration tests; participate in code reviews

Handle health data responsibly with strong attention to security and user privacy

Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

5-10 years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 2_3 years building production apps in Flutter/Dart

·       Proven track record of shipping and maintaining apps on both the Play Store and App Store (share links to your published apps)

·       Strong understanding of Flutter internals: widget lifecycle, rendering, isolates, and platform channels

·       Hands-on experience with state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX)

·       Solid experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling authentication flows (OTP, tokens, sessions)

·       Experience with Firebase services (Auth, FCM, Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config)

·       Experience integrating payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, or similar) and in-app purchase flows

·       Proficiency with local storage (Hive, SQLite, shared_preferences) and offline-first patterns

·       Strong grasp of Git, code review workflows, and agile development practices

·       Understanding of app security, deep linking, and push notification handling — sensitivity to handling personal health data is a strong plus

Nice to Have

Experience in healthtech, telemedicine, or community/social apps

Experience with video consultation SDKs (Agora, Twilio, 100ms, Zoom SDK) or real-time chat

Native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) experience for platform-specific work

Role Objective:

 To provide essential support to the Façade Design team by assisting in the preparation of technical drawings and project documentation. The primary purpose of this role is to

develop foundational skills in façade design and contribute to the successful delivery of project

components under direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

 Drawing & Documentation Support:

o Assist in the preparation of initial drafts for façade drawings and technical

documents as directed by senior team members.

o Make revisions to drawings and specifications based on feedback from the design

• Data Expertise: Work extensively with real-world healthcare data, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR), claims data, and/or patient registries. (Experience with clinical trial data does not fulfill this requirement.)
• Methodology: Apply appropriate statistical and epidemiological methodologies to analyze complex healthcare datasets.
• Communication: Clearly communicate findings through presentations, reports, and data visualizations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

For Both RWE Analyst (Junior) & Senior RWE Analyst:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Health Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. (PhD preferred for Senior RWE Analyst).
• Demonstrable hands-on experience working with real-world healthcare data, specifically EMR, claims, and/or registry data. Clinical trial data experience will not be considered as meeting this requirement.
• Proficiency in at least one statistical programming language (e.g., R, Python, SAS, SQL).
• Strong understanding of epidemiological study designs and statistical methods relevant to RWE.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Specific Qualifications for RWE Analyst (Junior):

• 4+ years of experience in real-world data analysis in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
• Involvement with journal publications is highly desirable. (e.g., co-authorship, contribution to manuscript preparation).

Specific Qualifications for Senior RWE Analyst:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in real-world data analysis, with a significant portion dedicated to independent study design and leadership.
• A strong track record of journal publications is essential. (e.g., lead author, significant contribution to multiple peer-reviewed publications).
• Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with advanced analytical techniques (e.g., machine learning, causal inference) is a plus.

Preferred Skills (for both roles, but more emphasized for Senior):
