General Manager – Sales & Barter Deals

Location: Mumbai. ( Head Office )

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the Sales & Barter Deals team at BXI – Barter Exchange of India. The role involves managing Pan-India sales operations, driving annual revenue goals,

and ensuring strong business governance through P&L, MIS, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Pan-India sales team to achieve revenue targets.

• Manage P&L, MIS, and business reporting for performance tracking.

• Build CXO-level relationships and close high-value barter deals across categories: Media, Hotels, Gift Vouchers & Electronics.

• Represent BXI at national industry forums and networking events.

• Ensure operational efficiency and day-to-day team performance.

• Travel across India to support team activities and client engagements.

Requirements

• Education: MBA preferred.

• Experience: 6–10 years in Sales / Business Development, including 4+ years in leadership.

• Proven track record of managing P&L and delivering revenue growth.

• Strong leadership, client management, and negotiation skills.

• Strategic thinker with execution focus; open to extensive travel.

Jr. Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Adaptation: Create and adapt designs for various digital formats using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual quality.
• Multiple Sizes and Formats: Quickly and efficiently adapt existing designs into multiple sizes and formats as required for various platforms and media.
• Creative Thinking: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, solving design challenges with creativity and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visuals that align with project goals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications & Other Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience: Preferably in a digital or online environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of other design tools is a plus.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt designs into various sizes and formats without compromising on quality.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to design challenges.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all design work.
• Remote Work: Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a remote work environment.

• 5+ years experience with Hyland OnBase (Content Management)
• Have knowledge on OnBase workflows
• Knowledge on Document Intake Process, Indexing etc., on OnBase
• Experience writing custom scripts to intervene on the OnBase workflows using DotNet

Process Skills:

• Hands-on in Agile Scrum methodology.
• Contribute to all phases of the development life cycle including writing well designed, testable, efficient code.

Behavioral Skills:

• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate uncertainty.
• Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively.

This person MUST have:

• BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent
• Cloud app development experience
• Strong Django and ReactJS experience
• Advanced knowledge of Python and relational databases
• Understanding of APIs, pagination, searching, sorting 
• Experience with building, modifying and extending API endpoints (REST or

GraphQL) for data retrieval and persistence.

• Creating high performance UI etc.
• Experience with SQL and NOSQL databases

• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including requirements

collection, design, implementation, testing, and operational support.

• Experience with scrum or other agile software development methodology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, decision making and

influencing skills.

Experience:

• Min 3 year experience
• Not more than 15 year experience.
• Startup experience is a must. 

Location

• Remotely, anywhere in India

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone.  Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development and management of two of our customer facing websites. You should excel in working with scaling applications and frameworks.

The core skillset required is:

* HTML5 / CSS3

* Javascript (and related frameworks/libraries)

* RESTful APIs

Responsibilities

• Translating designs and functionality into code
• Maintaining dev and live versions of websites
• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Coordinate cross-functionally with external and internal teams
• Support test and deployment of new products and features
• Participate in code reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
