The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights using Microsoft Power BI. This role encompasses developing, maintaining, and optimizing interactive dashboards, reports, and data models to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights.
• Create complex DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
• Create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI. Deploy creative visual interaction tools for different metrics.
• Proven expertise in the entire Microsoft Power Platform like Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft DataVerse, AI Builder etc.
• Provide architecture recommendations to manage Power BI workspaces.
• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis.
• Create charts and document data with algorithms, parameters, models, and relations explanations.
• Make technical changes to existing BI systems in order to enhance their functioning.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 7+ years relevant experience with the above job duties for Intermediate Power BI Developer bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science or related fields.
• Certification in MS Power BI and Power Apps Suite is needed.
• Good creative and communication skills – Ability to influence and recommend visualizations to the senior leadership teams.
• Ability to create complex SQL queries to join multiple tables / data is absolutely Needed.
• Understanding of JavaScript, CSS, and other JavaScript libraries is preferred.

Required Skills:

•           Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms
