Job Title : React Native Developer

Experience : 3+ Years

Working Days : 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled React Native Developer with experience in converting Figma designs into high-performance mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should have some exposure to Blockchain/Web3 technologies and be capable of converting mobile applications into SDKs.

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Develop and maintain React Native applications.

✅ Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI.

✅ Optimize app performance and ensure smooth user experience.

✅ Work with Blockchain/Web3 integrations (preferred).

✅ Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and blockchain engineers.

Technical Skills :

🔹 Strong proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript.

🔹 Experience with Redux, Context API, Hooks.

🔹 Familiarity with Blockchain/Web3 (Ethereum, Solidity, Wallet integrations).

🔹 Understanding of mobile SDK development.

🔹 Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Ability to create quality network & exposure in the local market.

·         Acquisition and managing of new as well as existing financial advisors / distributors from the market.

·         Should be AMFI Passed/or need to pass during 6 months after joining.

·         Ability to build good relationships with advisors.

·         Ability to lead the team of advisors

·         Ability to train and develop advisors for business.

·         Should have zeal to learn and then guide other advisors for different financial products.

·         Should be interested in seeing themselves as a team (Advisor) managing a profile from day 

• Preparing office driver's attendance & OT in Excel Sheet.
• Preparing MIS report for daily Shift schedule Drivers & Housekeeping staff.

• Invoice checking for vendors reporting to the concerned person.
• Making calls and receiving further issues on the site.

The plan is to on-board 1 million users at a break-neck speed in the next 6 months using ingenious methods, both online & offline. To support the growth and build multiple features, we are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. The position reports to the Technology Head and based out of Bangalore.

Technology : PHP( CodeIgniter, Laravel etc ),OOPHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SQL

Responsibilities:

· Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers

· Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules

· Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

Requirement:

· Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks {such as Laravel, CodeIgniter etc depending on your technology stack}

· Understanding of synchronous behaviour of PHP

· Understanding of MVC design patterns

· Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3

· Understanding accessibility and security compliance

· Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions

· Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

· User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments

· Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

· Familiarity with the limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds

· Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

· Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages

• Design and develop native apps for Android with Kotlin and Flutter/Dart

Required Skills:

• 3+ years hands on design and development with Android SDK with at least two apps in the PlayStore.
• A good understanding of OOPS, MVC, MVP, MVVM and other design patterns.
• Good to have worked in Test Driven Development, or Behavior driven development
• Working experience with WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA success criteria.
• Experience with Git and an understanding of CI/CD
• Experience with REST web services with JSON or XML formatted return data
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum Development process

Education and Experience:

• BE / B Tech / MCA in Computer Science from a reputed university with good academic record
