Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager – East to lead and expand our sales operations across the Eastern region of India.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing regional teams, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow sales operations across the East region (including West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, and other North-Eastern states).
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the distributor/dealer network.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to ensure high performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, lab managers, hospitals, and distributors.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Provide regular reports, forecasts, and market insights to the National Sales Manager.
• Represent the company at regional exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in medical device or diagnostic sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Must have prior experience in the medical device industry.
• Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the Eastern Indian healthcare market.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

- To acquire 12+ new logos and thereby generate $75K New MRR (~$300K New Total Revenue) for HyperVerge by End of March 31, 2023.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Execution
- Drive new revenue by taking charge of the full sales cycle following the established sales process. You will primarily be responsible for leading qualified opportunities to closures. In addition, you will also be expected to hunt, prospect and qualify a certain number of leads every month as these are key skills for a salesperson to always sharpen.
- The role is a combination of both Inside Sales and Field Sales. Travel to client offices as necessary.
- Closely collaborate with various internal teams as necessary.
- Sales Strategy:
- Build a strategically selected list of target clients (with the help of the Sales Leader)
- Exploring new markets/target segments

What you will do:
- Identifying and developing potential suppliers
- Monitoring project budget, process budget and forecasting cash flow requirements
