Role Overview 

As a  Backend Engineer, you will be working closely with our core team in building products from scratch into large-scale platforms and solving business problems leveraging new and innovative technology. More than anything, we are looking for engineers that are eager to learn and build a meaningful company. We are a small team and encourage engineers to wear many hats

Responsibilities 

- Design and build highly reliable and performant applications that deliver a great user experience. 

- Own large technical deliverables and execute in a structured manner. - Take accountability for the overall health of the applications you build. - Platform components as libraries, utilities and promote reuse. 

- Be able to conceptualize and develop prototypes quickly 

Skills & Requirements 

▪ Work Experience between 1-3 years in large scale applications with the desire to work in fast-paced startups 

▪ Experience/Knowledge of Node.JS, Express.JS, AWS, MongoDB. 

Responsibilities:

• Design the overall architecture of the web application.
• Maintain code integrity, and quality, and ensure responsiveness of applications.
• Address and improve any technical issues.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Must have strong experience in designing and maintaining a database.
• Work with modern frameworks and design patterns, minimum one-year experience with Full stack paradigm required.
• Handle technical queries raised by the development team and provide support and guidance to them.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform testing, and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end engineers to design and create advanced, elegant, and efficient systems.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency with 3 - 5 years of experience.
• Expertise in Laravel and a good understanding of other core PHP frameworks using REST APIs.

• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, Ajax, jQuery, and JavaScript.

• Mastery of CMS such as WordPress and Magento is an advantage.

You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines that handle Real-world data at Compile. You will be handling both inbound and outbound data deliveries at Compile for datasets including Claims, Remittances, EHR, SDOH, etc.

You will

• Work on building and maintaining data pipelines (specifically RWD).
• Build, enhance and maintain existing pipelines in pyspark, python and help build analytical insights and datasets.
• Scheduling and maintaining pipeline jobs for RWD.
• Develop, test, and implement data solutions based on the design.
• Design and implement quality checks on existing and new data pipelines.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance that is required for the products.
• Maintain relationships with various data vendors and track changes and issues across vendors and deliveries.

You have

• Hands-on experience with ETL process (min of 5 years).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple vendors.
• High proficiency with Spark, SQL.
• Proficiency in Data modeling, validation, quality check, and data engineering concepts.
• Experience in working with big-data processing technologies using - databricks, dbt, S3, Delta lake, Deequ, Griffin, Snowflake, BigQuery.
• Familiarity with version control technologies, and CI/CD systems.
• Understanding of scheduling tools like Airflow/Prefect.
• Min of 3 years of experience managing data warehouses.
• Familiarity with healthcare datasets is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Management, Statistics or related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in technology recruitment with high success ratio
• Possessing good understanding of recruitment cycle in a product organization
• Good knowledge of enterprise technologies and SaaS market
• Experience in negotiating with recruitment and staffing agencies while handling the internal recruitment activity
• Good screening skills along with strong judgement on the behavioral skills to evaluate the candidate’s technical fitment and alignment with LogiNext’s cultural values
