About the opportunity

As Reelo grows, we're looking for a passionate Customer Success Specialist to join our team for the next phase of growth. The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for the success of our customers by providing them with the resources and support they need to get the most out of our product. This includes onboarding new customers who have upgraded to a paid plan, providing training and support, and working with customers to identify and solve problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS products and services, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

This is a Work from Office role in Ahmedabad, Gujarat

What will you do?

• Responsible for driving revenue of existing accounts by ensuring renewals and upselling existing accounts
• Proactively reaching out to customers to ensure they are getting success using Reelo.
• Respond professionally to incoming inquiries from your customers.
• Being the one responsible, to ensure that your customers have a great experience with the product -a crucial part of the role is ensuring we make the product as easy to use, reliable, bug-free, and fast as possible.
• Becoming an encyclopedia of knowledge about how Reelo works and what it is capable of.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication and anticipating their needs better.
• Working directly with product teams to identify current issues and, synthesizing the diverse feedback you hear from our customers, offer informed opinions on potential solutions.

What you need?

• Past experience in account management/client services roles across
• A strong problem solving mindset and work actively towards unblocking barriers that hinder the experience of the customer
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to respectfully handle complaints/ escalations
• A very consultative approach and passion for speaking to customers everyday
• Passion for technology and keeping up with latest trends
• Great attention to details
• Being tactful and providing best practices to customers to ensure they are seeing success using Reelo
• Organizational skills and experience improving processes
• The ability to explain complex topics in easy to understand and concise language
• Demonstrated drive to exceed performance expectations and ability to work with change.

• Technical skills in C# .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC and Entity framework, LINQ and REST APIs
• Additional skills in MySQL and SQL server, Ajax, jQuery, ReactJS, HTML, Javascript, XML
• Have good analytical ability to breakdown problem statements into solutions
• Working knowledge of various development tools like IDE’s (VS2008 or above), source control systems like TFS, Subversion.
• Good at Troubleshooting, problem solving and has supported customers in production environment
• Experience in Test driven development is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to follow verbal/written instructions
• Ability to troubleshoot assigned technical issues and also the ability to meet tight project deadlines
• MUST have experience in major systems development and implementation
• Leading a team would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Work with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and look forward to automating them Create comprehensive test plans and execute them Support the development team in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments and do functional Cross-browser testing. Work in an agile team and adhere to agile best practices Maintain existing test frameworks/cases To use several testing techniques to track and address any discovered issues. To use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, and source control) to assist with daily tasks. Work with counterparts/clients on established quality assurance measures and testing Standards for new applications, products, and enhancements to existing applications throughout their development/product lifecycles Work in close co-ordination with the dev team to include test cases in the existing CI/CD pipelines

Requirements:

Proven work experience in software quality assurance in a product based organisation. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Intermediate experience with automated testing tools. Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Be willing to help your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and learn from them. Be open to receiving constructive feedback and turning it into process improvements. Requirement:

• Strong knowledge of testing concepts and experience in handling different projects.
• Develop test plaplansn, test cases and understanding of UX/UI & browser compatibility testing specifics is a must.
• Able to do Manual Business Logic-based testing- Prior experience with responsive designs will be beneficial.
• Define criteria for testing, analyze results of testing cycles, and present results.
• 1-2 Years of Work experience in Manual Testing and is looking to learn a lot more
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
• Should have experience in B2C domain projects
• Experience in testing website and mobile applications
• Experience in Agile projects
• E-Commerce knowledge will be plus 

Desired Skills:

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Familiarity with Responsive Web Design (RWD) techniques and tools is a plus
• Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team, and independently with minimal supervision, on multiple projects
• Great attention to detail
