Flutter Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Flutter App Developer to build and maintain a high-performing online portal accessible via both mobile and web platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Flutter and Dart, experience integrating APIs, and the ability to develop responsive, scalable, and intuitive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform applications for web and mobile using Flutter
• Implement responsive UI/UX based on Figma/Adobe XD designs
• Integrate third-party APIs and backend services (e.g., REST APIs, Firebase)
• Build and manage state using Provider, Bloc, or similar libraries
• Optimize app performance and resolve bugs reported by QA or end-users
• Ensure cross-browser/platform compatibility and responsiveness
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams
• Manage version control using Git and participate in code reviews

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Flutter & Dart
• Experience developing Flutter Web & Mobile apps
• Familiarity with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod)
• Proficient in RESTful API integration and JSON handling
• Knowledge of Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, FCM) or other backend tools
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive UI principles
• Experience with Git version control

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Familiarity with deployment on Play Store and App Store
• Experience with web-specific optimization (SEO, PWA basics)
• Background in Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development
• Unit and widget testing in Flutter
• CI/CD pipeline knowledge (Codemagic, GitHub Actions, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Proven portfolio or GitHub repo with past Flutter/web apps

Skills & Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years Experience required.
• Previous mobile app development experience using Flutter framework and DART programming is essential
• Experience with Material Design and Android UI design principles, patterns and best practices
• Experience with third party libraries and API integration experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Design patterns and good UI design ability
• Dynamic form building experience is essential
• Diagnose performance issues, fix bugs (including crashes) to increase the functionality of the application
• Performance optimization is required.

• Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
• Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software

• 2-5 years relevant work experience in building multiple users software solutions
• 1-2 years hands on experience building cloud based web and mobile applications
• JavaScript, React, NodeJS, structured and unstructured store
• Strong Front End or Back end experience
• Hands on experience building Restful APIs
• Hands on experience building microservices based applications
• Understanding of DevOps / DevSecOps processes and related tools including, but not limited to, IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation), config management (Chef, Puppet), Git / Bitbucket, or Jenkins, etc.
• Hands on experience with multiple frontend or backend technologies (either) / frameworks / platforms supporting web and mobile applications – Such as: NodeJS, Python, Django, Flask, PHP, Laravel, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, Vue.js, ReactJS, Bootstrap, React-Native, Flutter, iOS SDK, or similar.
• Hands-on end to end experience of multiple application development frameworks, monitoring tools, and deployment methodologies
• Experience building and deploying with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and leveraging them throughout the CICD process
• Understanding of practices regarding system security measures

Will be developing mobile and web applications using latest technology. Should be good in analysing requirements and translate into applications. Good in understanding application flows.

Tech Skills –

MEAN (MongoDB, Express, Angular/React, Node.js) – Expert level - at least 2-3 full sized projects

Cloud technology – Familiar with using cloud technology (AWS, GCP etc) – Intermediate – Should be able to interact with the services from cloud (e.g. firebase etc)

HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Java script – Intermediate level - Good understanding of concepts and should be able to realize application screens based on the UI provided by designers

Mobile technology – Hybrid (ionic, Cordova, capacitor, flutter), Native (Android, iOS) – Beginner – Should have understanding of concepts, good with basics
