Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to lead and manage Shopify development projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of the Shopify ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Shopify project execution and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze project requirements and define project scope.
• Plan project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
• Conduct client meetings, provide project updates, and manage expectations.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare regular status reports.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, Shopify Plus, and eCommerce workflows.
• Experience managing Shopify development projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent client handling, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable working in the US shift (2:30 PM – 12:00 AM IST).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or a related field.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.

Market Research and Analysis:

Identify potential markets, niches, and segments for the travel company's services.

Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competition.

Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and gaps in the market.

Lead Generation:

Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals.

Qualify leads based on their potential as clients and align them with the company's target customer profile.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Partnerships and Alliances:

Identify potential partners, collaborators, and suppliers within the travel industry.

Establish and nurture partnerships to enhance the company's service offerings and value proposition.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company growth objectives.

Present the company's services to potential clients, highlighting unique selling points and benefits.

Proposal Development:

Prepare and present proposals to potential clients that outline the company's services, pricing, and value proposition.

Customize proposals to address the specific needs and requirements of each potential client.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Close deals and secure new business partnerships.

Networking and Industry Events:

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's presence and connect with potential clients and partners.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track and report on sales activities, lead generation, and revenue performance.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.

Collaboration with Marketing:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and content that align with business development goals.

CRM and Database Management:

Up-to-date records of leads, clients, and interactions

Continuous Learning:

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.

Feedback Loop:

Provide valuable feedback to the company's management based on market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.

• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks

• Designing and building mobile applications for Apple’s iOS platform.
• Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
• Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
• Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
• Fixing application bugs before the final release.
• Publishing application on App Store.
• Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.
• Designing and implementing application updates

We are US based organization and are hiring mobile app developers in India on direct payroll of the company.
We have job openings (fully remote) for developer roles in our organization. For job security concerns of candidates, our company also provides part-time option with 10 hrs/week option.
