Job Description:
1. Connecting with minimum 80 working professionals (prospective students) each day
from the leads/database present on leadsquared CRM
2. Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need of upskilling depending on
the student’s area of interest
3. Helping prospective students with the detailed information about the programs
offered through phone or video counselling & create a strong pipeline
4. Ensure to meet daily deliverables & achieve weekly/monthly enrolment target
Remuneration – Ranging from 4 LPA to 6.25 LPA fixed + Monthly Variables
Working days - Monday to Saturday
Office Timings - 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

· Identify strong potential prospects and generate quality leads from designated target geographies.
· Using different online research tools to extract the contact information of prospects.
· Handle the initial discussions and collect the strategic information about the prospects through cold calling, e-mailing LinkedIn, and other sources.
· Identify the decision-maker through different channels and ensuring the optimum conversion within a short span of time.
· Understand complex requirements of the prospects and bringing up the projects for the company.
· Continue prospect engagement and account management throughout the sales cycle until closure.
· Independently collaborate with the technical
·  team for presentation with prospects.
 
Skill & Experience Required
 
· Good written and oral communication without MTI is a must
· Strong research and analytical skills.
· Proficient with international Call Centres with a minimum of 1-2 years of US & Australian IT project acquisition experience.
· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle the profiles independently and in a team.

Frontend Developer needed urgently for 2 months. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in React, with the Next.Js framework.

This is a contract-based job for 2 months, but we may also offer a full-time job based on the performance.

We are seeking a Frontend developer who has a knack for coming up with creative solutions to unique problems. You should have good time management skills and be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with a cross-discipline team of product managers, strategists, UX designers, art directors, and developers.
