Experience Level

This role is ideal for engineers with 2+ years of hands-on software development experience, particularly in Sitecore.

Role Overview

If you’re a Software Craftsperson who takes pride in clean, test-driven code and believes in Extreme Programming principles, we’d love to meet you. At Incubyte, we’re a DevOps organization where developers own the entire release cycle, meaning you’ll get hands-on experience across programming, cloud infrastructure, client communication, and everything in between.

The contract is for a period of three months, with the possibility of extension.

Requirements

What You’ll do as a Software Craftsperson:

• 2+ years of Sitecore experience.
• Microsoft Azure experience
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations.
• Demonstrates expertise in building custom APIs and integrating third-party APIs into solutions.
• Experience designing relational databases and optimizing database structure for performance and/or maintainability and the ability to design and optimize stored procedures
• Experience with Test-Driven Development
• Experience with source control, JIRA, and build management within Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Deep hands-on knowledge of the latest .NET Framework, including Visual Studio 2019/22, C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
• Strong experience working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) and experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA).
• Hands-on experience building scalable web applications, particularly high-frequency and low-latency, with optimal memory management, performance, and scalability as a key focus.
• Candidates should be self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player, and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
• Passion for building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of sound business practices and a proven track record of anticipating and exceeding customer expectations.
• Must be motivated with a focus on team performance.
• Prior consulting experience is desired.

We are looking for a strong Java Developer with experience in fintech domain enterprise-grade world class data aggregation, reconciliation, and reporting product. Must have:

• Participate in requirement gathering JAD sessions and support documentation
• Work with Product Management to resolve or raise queries and get query resolution on areas which are unclear, ambiguous and which need more information
• Develop high quality code as per standards, tiered coding, business layer coding, interface development and service development as needed
• Ability to solve complex software system issues.

• Passionate about search & AI technologies. Open to collaborating with colleagues & external contributors.
• Good understanding of the mainstream deep learning models from multiple domains: computer vision, NLP, reinforcement learning, model optimization, etc.
• Hands-on experience on deep learning frameworks, e.g. Tensorflow, Pytorch, MXNet, BERT. Able to implement the latest DL model using existing API, open-source libraries in a short time.
• Hands-on experience with the Cloud-Native techniques. Good understanding of web services and modern software technologies.
• Maintained/contributed machine learning projects, familiar with the agile software development process, CICD workflow, ticket management, code-review, version control, etc.
• Skilled in the following programming languages: Python 3.
• Good English skills especially for writing and reading documentation
