Job Title: Student Ambassador

About the Role

Big AIR Lab is looking for dynamic and influential student leaders from top-tier colleges to represent us on their campus. As a Student Ambassador, you will help drive awareness, build communities, and promote our AI-led initiatives within your institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a vibrant campus community for Big AIR Lab
• Drive product awareness and engagement among students
• Test our AI products and share detailed feedback and reviews
• Manage and coordinate hackathons; invite students to office events
• Work with the placement cell for internship outreach and onboarding

Responsibilities

● Design, build, and deploy applied ML models (NLP, LLM-based) to solve real-world sales tech problems.

● Build and orchestrate true multi-agent systems to collaboratively solve complex tasks and workflows that reason, remember, plan, and take actions over structured and unstructured data.

● Use frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom planners to orchestrate LLM-powered agents.

● Prototype and productionize capabilities using foundation models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.), embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).

● Work with the product team to integrate intelligent agents into customer CRM workflows and GTM-facing tools.

● Design observability, evaluation and control mechanisms to ensure agent reliability, traceability, safety and frugality.

● Continuously improve agents with RF and active learning.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.

● 2+ years of experience deploying ML models or AI systems in production

environments.

● Experience with LLMs, NLP pipelines, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.

● Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or custom orchestration).

● Strong Python programming skills and deep knowledge of the ML/LLM ecosystem.

● Hands-on experience with MLOps, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

● Ability to balance rapid experimentation with robust engineering.

Nice to Have

● Experience working with sales/revenue data (CRM, Gong, Salesforce, LinkedIn).

● Familiarity with reasoning techniques (ReAct, CoT, Tree-of-Thoughts), graph orchestration, and tool chaining.

● Exposure to multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, or feedback loops in production.

● Contributions to open-source AI/agentic tools or frameworks.

Layer Tech IT Solutions is seeking a motivated IT Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships in the IT sector.

TECHNICAL SKILLSET REQUIRED:

• Excellent Java programming skills
• Excellent analytical, debugging and troubleshooting skills (battery usage, network usage optimization, etc)
• Passion for usability, simplicity and consistency in software development.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies
• Bonus points for Knowledge of major mobile platforms (iOS, WP8, etc.)

 POSITION:

• Be part of fastest growing eCommerce platforms in exciting application areas like core commerce, supply chain, logistics and fulfilment, merchant, mobile commerce, analytics, automation and a lot more for the global markets positioned for Asia.
• Develop awesome new features front to back (using Java and Android SDK)
• Responsibilities will include all aspects of software development from design, coding, testing, customer feedback and maintenance.
• Work with a team of amazing developers and designers to build simple, beautiful and consistent user experiences for our mobile apps
• Invent and prototype new features, then build, test and ship them in our products.
• Drive the implementation of new technologies which improve our ability to build great products.

QUALIFICATION

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
