Summary/Objective:

We are seeking a talented ReactJS Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team with experience in developing web applications using ReactJS and related technologies. As a ReactJS Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Develop responsive frontend interfaces using ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
2. Design and implement robust backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
3. Integrate frontend interfaces with backend APIs to ensure seamless communication and functionality.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
5. Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
6. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
7. Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure quality and reliability.
8. Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions.
9. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
10. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

·        2 to 3 years of experience in frontend and backend development using ReactJS, Node.js, and related technologies.

·        Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

·        Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

·        Knowledge of database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

·        Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

Skills:

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·        Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

·        Strong communication and collaboration skills.

·        Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Opportunity Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic engineer with experience building Salesforce AppExchange apps to lead the development of Salesforce connectors for our marketing technology products.

What would you do?

·      Collaborate with stakeholders in establishing application requirements, determining features, creating customer-friendly solutions, and determining support needs and performance requirements. 

·      Plan, design, develop, test, and deploy software to satisfy these requirements. 

·      Work according to the agile programming application development methodology adhered to including test-first, iterative development, and continuous re-prioritization.  

·      Support the maintenance of our hosted technology solutions. 

·      Work with other team members in accomplishing group objectives and participating in code reviews. 

·      Ensure timely and robust implementation of the company’s development plans.

·      Ensure that all relevant parties are kept up to date on progress of projects and give feedback on an ongoing basis. 

·      Contribute to the review, selection, and adoption of proprietary tools and technologies. 

·      Use specialist knowledge and experience of information technology to provide technical advice and vision.

Technical Skills

The following skills are needed for this role.

Experience

·      5+ years’ experience in web application design and development 

·      Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience 

Primary Skills

·      Strong background in Front-end technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc. 

·      Experience with node.js

·      An understanding of User Experience and a background in building intuitive interfaces. 

Secondary Skills (nice to have)

·      Experience with Shopify integrations.

·      Experience building native apps for other platforms.

·      Experience with Salesforce APEX, VisualForce, SOQL, etc.

·      AWS ecosystem and tools, particularly developing for serverless environments. 

·      Any experience with other languages will be beneficial.

Frontend developer with knowledge and experience in ReactJS, Jquery, Html, CSS.

Good Know ledge of testing APIs for integration.

Experience in Redux and React

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

• In depth knowledge of HTML5 • In depth knowledge of CSS3 (Less, Sass, Stylus is a plus), knowledge of BEM methodology is preferred

• Detailed knowledge of JavaScript (ES2015 is a plus) is a must

• Good knowledge of Node.js & npm

• Gulp or Grunt experience is a plus • Experience with Atomic design paradigm is a plus

• Experience in any JS framework(Angular, React + Redux, Vue, etc.,) is must

• Understanding of Web Accessibility WCAG guidelines.

• Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources.

• One who is proactive and come forward with technology related initiatives. Motivated selfstarter.

 • Good Communication skills. English - Oral and Written.

Other requirements

1. Knowledge in NextJS, React, NodeJS, HTML, JavaScript, CSS,ES6/TypeScript, Redux, React Hooks

2. Basic knowledge on version control and continuous integration systems (e.g., Git)

3. Good to have knowledge of Python, AWS, or Google Cloud

4. Good problem-solving skills, logical thinking ability, strong coding fundamentals

5. Willing to work in the startup environment, challenge yourself and grow
