React Native Developer

As a Frontend Developer here, you’ll be part of our experience team, building the best experience in the business for our customers. Your responsibilities • You will be expected to build web applications using technologies and frameworks such as React, Angular, Node etc • You will be expected to contribute actively to development. • You will be managing people working mainly on frontend technologies. Good if you can manage backend folks as well. • You will ensure that the quality of your team is up to the mark. • You will expected to guide your team, and set standards and best practices. • You are expected to regularly coach and guide your people, and help them achieve and deliver their best. • You are expected to know how to build great, responsive user experiences • You’re able to work well with other team members and have excellent written & oral communication skills       Skill Sets we are looking for • React, React Native, React.JS • Javascript, HTML, CSS • Decent knowledge of operating system basics • Decent knowledge of networking basics • You’ve worked with system infrastructure - Linux and understand basic system administration • Experience with Git / Bitbucket / Git Prime, Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery • Experience with Refactoring and Testing frameworks on Front-end •  You’re able to work well with other team members and have excellent written & oral communication skills • You can take direction, but are a self starter, and take initiative to solve problems • You constantly keep yourself up-to-date with the industry   Bonus points for • Hands on with React, React Native • Proficiency in OOPs and Design patterns • Spring/Hibernate or similar MVC and ORM frameworks • Databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, MongoDB etc. • Good understanding of Restful APIs applications, microservices • Willingness to work with legacy systems • Good understanding of basic system infrastructure / administration & Linux systems • Contribution to open source projects • Experience with Amazon Web Services, esp. Compute and Data Stores • Knowledge of Dockerization, Caching, Replication, Cloud services, Scaling, Queuing systems, Web architecture, Config management and metrics & logging systems.
