🚀 About the Role :

We are looking for a UI Software Engineer to build scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences while leveraging AI-assisted development tools.

🔥 Mandatory Skills :

React + TypeScript, GraphQL (Apollo Client), Jest/React Testing Library (MSW), Webpack/CI-CD, AI tools (GitHub Copilot/Cursor), microservices integration.

🔧 Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver user-facing features using React & TypeScript.
• Build reusable, scalable UI components aligned with design systems.
• Integrate frontend with GraphQL (Apollo Client) and microservices.
• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI from Figma.
• Ensure performance, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write unit/component tests using Jest & React Testing Library.
• Maintain frontend tooling (Webpack, ESLint, Prettier, CI/CD).
• Use AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI) to improve productivity.
• Contribute to AI-driven automation (UI testing, component generation, etc.).

🧠 Required Skills :

• Strong experience in React + TypeScript.
• Hands-on with GraphQL (Apollo Client).
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with frontend testing (Jest, RTL, MSW).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.

• Experience with NestJS backend integration.

Headless Development: Lead the frontend development of our Shopify app, including

building new features, revamping existing functionalities, and optimising performance.

User Interface Design: Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive,

pixel-perfect UI components that align with our brand’s aesthetic and provide an intuitive

user experience.

Custom Theme Development: Create and customise Shopify themes to enhance the

visual appeal and functionality of our online store, ensuring compatibility with various

devices and browsers.

Integration and API Management: Work with third-party APIs and Shopify's API to integrate

necessary functionalities, such as payment gateways, shipping solutions, and marketing

tools.

Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve the app’s performance,

ensuring fast load times, seamless navigation, and a smooth user experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers,

designers, marketers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Code Review and Best Practices: Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code. Participate

in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in frontend development.

Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance

bottlenecks in a timely manner to ensure a seamless user experience.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes,

and development workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

Required Skills:

• Knowledge and experience in Java Script, ReactJS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum 3-5 years of Experience in Java Backend development. 
• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science. 
• Good knowledge/experience in Data structure, Algorithms. 
• Proficiency with Programming Language: Java 1.8 and above (1.8 V must), J2EE. 
• Proficiency with Framework: Spring Stack (Security, Web MVC, REST), Hibernate, JMS. 

• Strong knowledge in any one Relational Databases (Mysql / Oracle / SQL Server). 
• Strong experience in Web services (SOAP and RESTFUL). 
• Tools & Utilities: STS / Eclipse / IntelliJ / NetBeans.Web/Application Server: Jboss. 
• Should have expertise in Design Patterns, Transactions, Multithreading concepts 
• Proficiency in Build Cycle management (Maven, Jenkins, Scripting). 

• Familiarity with Deployment technologies like Docker, Rancher and Virtual machines. 
• Familiarity with Agile Development processes. 
• Exposure to Spring Integration batch knowledge, OAuth2 authentication

UI Developer :

Experience in developing Web Applications/websites using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap4 or above is essential

Experience in CSS preprocessors like Less, Sass

Experience in developing Responsive and Mobile First design products/websites using wireframes & mock-ups is essential

Experience in tailwind CSS is a must (config, create custom util function)

Experience in the latest design principles and animations is essential

Experience in Photoshop / Sketch tools and collaborative products like Invision / Figma is desirable

A fair understanding of JavaScript programming / Jquery is essential

Experience in working with React

Good knowledge of web standards and SEO principles is desirable

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a front-end developer
• Experienced in developing applications using JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, Redux Saga, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS3/CSS4 and other UI technologies.
• Understanding and experience with ES6 concepts, asynchronous processing, partial page refresh, DOM traversal and manipulation.
• Experience with REST API construction, documentation, and architecture, including API description languages like Swagger.
• Comfortable writing Unit Test Cases (Enzyme/ Jest)
• Familiar with cloud services: AWS, Dev-ops such as Git, Jira, Confluence
