Role Overview:

As an RPA Developer, you will be at the forefront of our automation practice, designing and deploying robust robotic process automation solutions that drive tangible business value. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and process owners, to translate manual workflows into efficient, automated digital processes. Your work will directly impact operational productivity, reducing manual overhead and enhancing accuracy for our diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation workflows using UiPath to optimize business processes for our clients.

- Conduct comprehensive automation testing to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of bots before deployment into production environments.

- Manage the end-to-end RPA implementation lifecycle, from initial process assessment and solution design to final delivery and post-implementation support.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, ensuring that technical solutions align with specific business requirements and long-term goals.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within existing automation frameworks to minimize downtime and maintain high operational standards.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex automation solutions using UiPath, with a strong grasp of REFramework and orchestrator management.

- Proven ability to execute rigorous automation testing protocols, ensuring high-quality output and seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured, technical automation logic.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

- Ability to work effectively from our Noida office, maintaining high standards of productivity and professional accountability.

- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in RPA development and implementation.

Must Have:

• More than 8 years of overall experience in Robotic Process Automation and ML technologies. 

• 4-5 years of direct experience in developing with UiPath/Automation Anywhere (A360), Python

• Strong Knowledge in SQL to write queries (Insert, Delete, Select , Update & Joins) and have knowledge on Stored Procedure to Execute or Modify.

• Experience on Custom / Build in Queues like Workload Management Queues.

• Certifications with other RPA software tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath etc.) preferred

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with business process improvement, including process mapping and design-based thinking preferred

Bachelor’s degree in computer science experience.

Design, develop, test, and optimize solutions to automate processes using automation technology including AA/UiPath.

Designs automated solutions in accordance with enterprise leading practices and design principles.

Assists in the collection and documentation of solution design requirements.

Builds and test automation processes including unit and integration testing.

Analyzes and resolves automation software issues where required.

Participates in peer review of solution designs

Monitoring

Monitor UiPath Orchestrator, unattended robots, queues, and scheduled jobs for availability and successful execution during the RPA Coverage Hours.

• Monitor and action alerts for job failures, faulted transactions, queue backlogs, robot disconnections, stuck or long - running jobs, and license or capacity thresholds.

. Route RPA alerts into the BCI ITSM platform for incident creation, assignment, and tracking in accordance with Schedule

• Perform scheduled health checks of the RPA Environment and report exceptions.Incident and Request Management

•Receive, triage, prioritize, and resolve Incidents affecting the RPA Environment in accordance with the priority matrix set out in Schedule A

Restart failed jobs, retry or reprocess faulted queue items, and clear blocking conditions in accordance with documented runbooks.

•Escalate Incidents attributable to a product defect to the UiPath vendor and manage the vendor case to closure.

• Escalate Incidents attributable to business logic, source data, or upstream application defects to the BCI process owner or the responsible Service Tower.

•Fulfill service requests for scheduling changes, queue management, and robot or asset configuration within the RPA Environment. Platform Administration • Administer UiPath Orchestrator, including folders, robots, assets, credentials, queues, triggers, and schedules.

•Deploy and roll back automation packages released by BCI or a BCI

-designated third party, following the Change Control Process.

•Maintain and update runbooks, monitoring configuration, and support documentation for the RPA Environment.

•Apply platform patches and version upgrades released by the vendor, following the Change Control

Process.

Reporting and Continuous Improvement

• Report Incident volumes, Service Level performance, automation execution success rates, and top recurring failure causes as part of the Monthly Performance Report described in Schedule B (Service Level

Methodology).

•Perform root cause analysis on recurring failures and recommend remediation to the applicable BCI process owner.

•Identify and recommend opportunities to reduce failure volumes and manual intervention within the RPA Environment.

Job Description:

• Proven experience supporting legacy UiPath code and enhancing automation processes.
• Hands-on experience in C# development (especially creating custom Nuggets).
• Strong working knowledge of SQL Server and experience writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and how to integrate UiPath automation workflows with Azure components.
• Experience with Python for task-specific scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in RPA development, particularly with UiPath.
