Role Description

1. IPO/ Open Offer/ AIFs Execution: Manage the execution process for Right Issue, Open Offer, Mainboard Initial Public Offerings (IPO), SME IPO, NCDs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

2. Transaction Management: Coordinate and collaborate with various internal teams, including investment banking, legal, compliance, finance, and external service providers, to facilitate the smooth execution of IPOs/ Open Offer and other equity transactions.

3. Due Diligence and Documentation: Oversee the due diligence process, working closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of offering documents, prospectuses, and other transaction-related materials and pre/post processes for IPOs/ Open Offer / Rights Issue / Buybacks etc.

4. Investor Relations: relations teams to develop appropriate investor targeting strategies and support the roadshow process. Assist in managing relationships with institutional investors and analysts. Collaborate with investor Liasioning with Regulatory Authorities, Stock Exchanges, Law Firms, etc.

5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable securities regulations, SEBI exchange rules, and listing requirements throughout the IPO and equity capital market execution process. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory issues.

6. Deal Execution Support: Provide operational support for deal execution, including coordinating with underwriters, legal counsel, auditors, and other external parties involved in the transaction. Monitor and track progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

7. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, working closely with senior management to understand their needs, provide strategic advice, and deliver high-quality service.

8. Continuous Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IPO and equity capital market execution processes. Propose and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase productivity.

Requirements:

- CS/CS Inter/MBA (Finance)/ CA Inter cleared

- Extensive experience in equity capital markets execution, with a focus on IPOs and other equity transactions within the merchant banking sector.

Procurement Management

• Oversee and manage the procurement of raw materials and packaging materials for cosmetic production.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with new and existing suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to maintain seamless production schedules.
• Conduct market research and attend trade fairs/exhibitions across India to source innovative products and stay updated on industry trends.

Production Coordination

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure availability of materials for efficient manufacturing.
• Develop and implement production schedules, optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure smooth material flow and inventory management.

Research and Development Support

• Work with the R&D team to identify and procure suitable raw materials for new product formulations.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in cosmetics and skincare to support innovation and development.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure that procured materials meet regulatory and company quality standards.
• Work closely with the quality control team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Budgeting and Cost Management

• Perform cost-benefit analyses to optimize spending and secure the best value.
• Conduct forecasting and variance analysis to align procurement with financial goals.
• Review and approve expenses related to procurement, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to meet organizational goals.
• Actively participate in team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in procurement in the cosmetics, beauty, or skincare industry.
• Strong knowledge of raw material and packaging material procurement.
• Proficiency in production scheduling, market research, and supplier negotiations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor and team collaboration.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in cosmetics production is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Working closely with the Credit, Business, and Compliance team to manage and mitigate risk exposure.

- Monitoring of loan accounts, checking loan documents & timely preparing various MIS reports.

Minimum Requirements

- Proven experience of minimum 5 years in progressively responsible risk and/or operations roles within the NBFC sector

- Has experience with scaling and managing lending products

- Attitude to work at lightning fast speed

- Background of underwriting, credit sanctioning, or credit policy drafting would be given a strong preference

- The candidate must be exceptional in people management, communication, and presentation skills.

- A proven track record of managing partners and engaging in solution selling would be preferred

- Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

You will help us build scalable, efficient cloud infrastructure. You’ll implement monitoring for automated system health checks. Lastly, you’ll build our CI pipeline, and train and guide the team in DevOps practices.
