Quality Assurance Manager

We seek a skilled and motivated Azure DevOps engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and optimize cloud infrastructure using Azure DevOps tools and services. You will collaborate closely with development and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Azure CLI.
• Monitor and optimize Azure environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to streamline the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build, deployment, and infrastructure.
• Implement and manage version control systems, primarily using Git.
• Manage containerization and orchestration using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security, scalability, and reliability.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 2-3 years of experience with the MERN stack
• Good understanding of JavaScript (or TypeScript), REST APIs, and MongoDB
• Clear logic, curiosity, and the ability to Google smartly
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow with the team
• Comfortable using AI tools to assist in dev

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to tools like Firebase, Next.js, or Vercel
• Any live projects, GitHub repos, or portfolio sites
• Basic understanding of cloud deployment 

·        Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in sales, business development or similar role.

·        Ability to learn the product to be sold/ value proposition of the software.

·        Responsible for IT sales(software) for B2B.

·        Generate leads through various marketing activities such as cold calling, references, e-mail marketing and various online sources.

·        Client meetings with Negotiation closure & sales management.

·        The candidate must have good communication skills and convincing skills.

·        Manage all communication with clients over mail & in written.

·        Building Business relationships with current and potential client.

Close deal and handle negotiation with the decision makers of prospects

Role Overview

The Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer will lead the design, development, and maintenance of Government of Rajasthan’s portal websites built on the AEM platform. This role involves leading technical solutions, performance optimization, security compliance, and guiding the development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex components and templates in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Manage AEM configurations, workflows, and permissions for multiple portals.
• Develop and integrate custom OSGi bundles, Sling models, and components.
• Ensure performance tuning, caching strategies, and scalability of AEM solutions.
• Handle dispatcher configuration and optimization for content delivery.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers for solution design.
• Ensure compliance with Safe-to-Host and OWASP security standards.
• Mentor junior developers and review their code for quality.
• Integrate with third-party services (Payment Gateway, SMS Gateway, etc.).
• Manage version control (Git) and deployment pipelines (Jenkins).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.3 or above).
• Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR (Jackrabbit Oak).
• Hands-on experience with HTL (Sightly), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Good understanding of Dispatcher, Apache HTTP Server, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integration.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins).
• Excellent problem-solving and team leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications

Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Sites Developer or Architect).

• Driving the entire vision and delivery of new products, features to keep the business relevant and competitive
• Conducting market and product research to identify potential features or releases
• Managing the roadmap, prioritizing product opportunities, refining feature ideas and maintaining existing features to drive business goals
• Maintaining and updating existing features
• Producing high-level product requirements, iterating with your design and engineering teams
• Engaging stakeholders in leadership, research, data and support
• Coordinating across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment
• Coordinating go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Technical background will be a plus
• 10+ years’ experience in fintech product management and market strategy
• Relevant experience in a Fintech Company, especially in the Payments, Digital Banking, Open banking and API banking
• Well-versed with Fintech Innovations in the South East Asian Market
• Proven track record of working with designers, engineers and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute and track product releases from beginning to end
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• High energy, hands-on, detailed-oriented and ability to work independently
