Vidyanext is seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about incredible user experiences and technology to anticipate users’ needs. The role calls for leading the customer experience to evolve our current products through data-driven insights, user-centric design strategies, and a product manager whom differentiates themselves by being able to create predictability in uncertainty. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Understand user needs and mind-set as they start using the product. Collaborate with user experience designers, education coaches, and use user interviews, prototypes and user studies to gain deeper understanding of user needs. 2.Understand how to drive adoption to different user types and run experiments to improve the first mile experience for the user. 3.Be the product owner focused on Growth. Drive requirements, groom stories and drive the implementation of scalable infrastructure and experiments by working with Design, Engineering and Marketing 4.Launch products / updates on a predictable basis. 5.Enable development of internal and external training and product demos. 6.Actively contribute to our team's culture of having fun, embracing change, and delivering. 7.Remain current on market, mobile app and event technology trends DESIRED SKILL SET 1.Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Design/ Business or equivalent 2.3+ years professional experience in product management, engineering, design or related disciplines. 3. Strategic and action-oriented. Develop long-term vision, but also create near-term executable plans with innate sense of urgency for supporting teams & product managers.
 4.Ability to balance quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform product decisions. 5.Obsession for great user experiences and experience in working with design teams from ideation to delivery 6.Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills. 7. Team oriented with strong proactive communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively.
 8.Good product manager instincts, such as saying "no" to most things to allow extreme focus on the critically important things. 9.Ability to negotiate without being adversarial.
