We are looking for a product marketing manager to develop user funnels and communication strategies to drive engagement and referrals on the company's app. Our ideal candidate is a passionate & experienced Product Marketer with proven success in working with digital products and/or e-commerce for curating & driving product engagement end to end

Responsibilities:

• Build user journeys and communication strategies for every funnel the user goes through in the app
• Build highly engaging campaigns across user funnels to increase conversion rates
• Drive repeat users, referrals through Email, Push Notifications and other product touchpoints
• Plan & run defined experiments - test open rates, CTR, messaging, conversion rates and renewals.
• Work with internal and external stakeholder to seamlessly drive all campaigns 
• Constantly look for funnel drop offs and optimize every step to increase conversion rates
• Share data on daily, weekly and monthly basis with the larger team

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust web applications using Microsoft C# (C sharp) and MVC framework.
• Implement object-oriented programming concepts and create DLL libraries.
• Write optimized SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Utilize jQuery, JavaScript, and Ajax for front-end development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering and issue tracking using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Work on Microsoft WinForms/Desktop and web applications.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Dot Net Application Developer.
• Strong coding proficiency in Microsoft C# and MVC.
• Expertise in jQuery, JavaScript, and Ajax.
• Solid understanding of SQL queries and database management.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Microsoft .NET Core is a plus.
• Understanding of engineering applications like AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, and S3D is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Define the end-to-end solution architecture for projects by mapping customers’ business and technical requirements against the suite of Innovaccer products and Solutions.

What You Need:

• 4+ years of experience in a Data Engineering role, a Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience working with relational databases like Snowflake, Redshift, or Postgres.
• Intermediate to advanced level SQL programming skills.
• Data Analytics and Visualization (using tools like PowerBI)
• The ability to engage with both the business and technical teams of a client - to document and explain technical problems or concepts in a clear and concise way.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• Easily adapt and learn new things whether it’s a new library, framework, process, or visual design concept.

• Build React Native apps from scratch that'll be used globally.
• Architect App infrastructure systems like caching, state manager, common validation framework, etc.
• Launch the apps in different app stores like Apple, Google, etc.
• Create custom reusable Component Library
• Create data visualizations like charts, tables, dashboards, etc.
• Write well tested, beautiful, performant and bug free code.

Requirements:

• A self-driven, hard-working Frontend engineer with an eye for detail.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science
• Minimum 4 years of overall experience with expertise in working in React Native, Redux and TypeScript
• Strong understanding and knowledge of Styling
• Experience in writing native code for Android and iOS
• Strong debugging skills for Android and iOS.
• Experience in launching apps in various App Stores.
• Experience with GraphQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
