Position: Trainee Electronics Engineer

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Experience: 6 month to 2 year (Freshers Preferred)

Salary: ₹19,000 CTC (Starting)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electronic equipment and systems.
• Understand and interpret electrical and electronic circuit drawings.
• Perform on-site service and support activities as required.
• Work closely with senior engineers to learn and implement engineering best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and service reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Qualification: B.E. in Electronics Engineering.
• Strong understanding of basic electronics concepts, measuring units, instruments, and electrical properties of components.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Good communication skills – must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
• Willingness to travel for service and field assignments.
• Freshers and local candidates will be given preference.

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field. • 0 - 3 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Role Overview:

As our Clinical Quality Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing clinical processes and maintaining regulatory compliance. You will spearhead quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to established clinical standards. The role demands a meticulous approach and a commitment to clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Clinical Process Enhancement: Evaluate clinical procedures and documentation to identify areas for improvement, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Audits and Assessments: Conduct compliance audits and assessments to provide continuous improvement feedback and maintain industry compliance.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with clinical teams, guiding them on best practices and fostering a culture of clinical excellence.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical quality data and metrics for performance evaluation and decision-making.
• Client Audit Preparedness: Prepare and engage in client audits, including regular mock audits, ensuring preparedness and compliance.
• Reporting and Recommendations: Create comprehensive reports and presentations on quality findings, suggesting enhancement strategies.
• Quality Initiative Support: Assist in developing and implementing initiatives focused on enhancing quality standards.
• Regulatory Adherence: Stay updated on industry regulations, clinical guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation.
• Effective Communication: Communicate quality-related issues and recommendations to stakeholders efficiently.
• Training Participation: Engage in quality-focused training and educational programs for continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

• BAMS, BHMS, BDS
• 1–5 years of clinical or healthcare setting experience.
• Profound knowledge of medical terminology and clinical processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for complex data handling.
• Willing to work in both day and night shifts from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.

.Net developer role will involve working in all phases of the software development cycle. Build new systems with Microsoft technologies with primary focus in C#, .NET, .Net Core,Web API, SQL, Entity Framework, Async Programing, Git, and Design patterns. Be an effective team player in a small, experienced and energetic team working on a rapid and agile development schedule.

Required Skills  3-5 years of experience as a developer

 3+ years in Microsoft Web-related Technologies

 Deep knowledge of the .NET Framework, .NET Core,

.Net, MVC, C#, ENTITY Framework, REST web services

– Authentication, Authorization, Performance Tuning,

JSON, Unit testing – Nunit, Xunit

 Experience in Data Modelling, Object Oriented Designs

 Experience in integrating with other systems like Payment

gateway or third-party API or integration tools like Boomi

 Hands-on experience in SQL Server stored procedure

development and fine-tuning.

 Experience in using GitHub, project management, defect

tracking tools.

 Provide accurate status to Management/Project Managers

and escalating where appropriate

 Mentor and guide new developers and team

 Self-directed with excellent problem-solving skills

 Strong written and Oral communication skills and must be

a fast learner adapting to new technologies and frameworks.

 Review test plans with QA & drive the code reviews

within the team

 BE in CS, MCA or BSc in Math or equivalent

Desirable Skills

 Exposure to Azure services, AWS services, cloud deployment

• Skills needed to architect and build enterprise-class Networking storage products.
• Networking Storage Architect must have expertise in Compute, Network, Storage, clustering, and Security.
• Be able to provide technical direction and lead a team
• Enforce adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc to address a goal.
• Identify, communicate and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions throughout the full lifecycle
• Someone who has the self-drive, or initiative who will go out ‘get stuff done, without being prompted
• Ability to prioritize and address multiple tasks concurrently
• Must have developed software and firmware
• Knowledge of Linux, FreeBSD, Windows, VMware drivers
• Must have managed a group of at least 20 developers
• Very hands-on role
• Ability to scope and deliver to commitments
• Ability to motivate the team

• Need candidates with a strong education background. (most of our Sr engineers are IIT and)
• Need someone who has to lead a team
• The candidate needs to be somewhat stable in his career
• Minimum 15years if exp is a must (most of our managers are close to 15 years of experience)
