Experience: 5+ yrs

Core Experience:

• Experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, Spring REST, Linux, JUnit, Maven, Design Patterns.

• Sound knowledge of RDBMS like MySQL/Postgres, including schema design.

• Proficient in general programming, logic, problem solving, data structures & algorithms

• Exposure to Linux environment.

Secondary Skills:

• Agile / Scrum Development Experience preferred.

• Comfortable working with a microservices architecture and familiarly with NoSql solutions.

• Experience in Test Driven Development. • Good analytical, grasping and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Hands-on skills in configuration of popular build tools, like Maven and Gradle

• Good knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit.

• Good knowledge of coding standards, source code organization and packaging/deploying.

• Good knowledge of current and emerging technologies and trends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, Development and Delivery of Java based enterprise-grade applications.

• Ensure best practices, quality and consistency within various design and development phases.

• Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processes.

Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science or information technology or related field.

Roles:

• Developing core infrastructure in Python, Django.
• Developing models and business logic (e. g. transactions, payments, diet plan, search, etc).
• Architecting servers and services that enable new product features.
• Building out newly enabled product features

• Minimum 4 years of industry or open-source experience.
• Proficient in at least one OO language: Python(preferred)/Golang/Java.
• Writing high-performance, reliable and maintainable code.
• Good knowledge of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
• Experience working with AWS components [EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, ECS, Lambda].

WORK YOU’LL DO

• Design and develop microservices/APIs using either Java/Spring boot, ISTIO, Kubernetes, Docker, CI / CD Pipelines
• You would scale micro services using Kafka or similar messaging systems.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and application architectures to understand the operational objectives and purpose of the future system integration.
• Understand the points of integration between the different systems and highlight the potential risks associated with the delivery of solutions
• Collaborate with Functional Designers and Developers in order to find best solutions
• Produce detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Assist in producing solutions with threat assessments and associated security awareness.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5- 8 years of hands-on experience designing and developing microservices using either Java/Spring Boot
• 3-5 years of experience with system integration
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with API concepts and technologies such as REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, YAML, GraphQL, and Swagger
• Experience developing within agile methodology using CI/CD pipeline
• Experienced in 3-tier, n-tier, cloud computing, microservices architectures and SOA.
• Good knowledge of integration architectures
• Experience supporting and/or implementing complex integration projects
• Excellent client management skills
• Experience with Data modelling would be an asset

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience of working in an Agile Environment
• Ability to drive design from Stories and Requirements
• Adept at UML, Design Patterns, Reusable Services Development,
• Knowledge on Scaling Microservices

Basic Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of algorithms/data structures is a must
• Strong Java software development experience – with a focus on Java 8 & 9
• Experience with NoSql databases – ideally with MongoDB
• Experience implementing REST apis – ideally with JAX-RS
• Experience with Reactive Programming – ideally with RxJava
• Experience implementing unit tests

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing applications in fintech or established financial institutions
• Experience with microservice architectures
• Experience developing systems that can scale to large amounts of data
• Experience working in Agile Scrum
• Experience working on a globally distributed team

Looking for a Java Technical Architect/ Java architect with experience between 10 to 14 years.

Candidate must have experience  in Java technologies along with SpringBoot and Microservices.
Must have experience in Cloud Technology - AWS.
Must have experience in Angular 4 or above version.
